Went to drop off my wedding invites around 10 am on a Wednesday and had an absolute sweetheart. She had short blonde hair, I wish I got her name but didn't think to look. She checked if everything was okay before it was sent off and she said okay good to go! Super quick and easy! Highly suggest going to the counter if you are sending Save the Dates or Wedding Invites.

The civil servants at the Marlton Post Office really try to do their best to be helpful, to move the lines along etc. I've asked and received their help many times. Once, the post office was closed and I was having difficulty mailing a package. I heard voices in the back, knocked on the door (not expecting anyone to answer) and the woman with red hair who is frequently behind the counter came out and provided the help that I needed. Their job is not easy; dealing with the public can be challenging to say the least. Additionally, we are fortunate to have an excellent postal carrier who consistently goes out of his way in the performance of his job.

My experience has been very good . Debbie multi tasks and sometimes the lines are long but she is always calm and pleasant. I visited again this morning and Debbie was smiling and working away as usual. Sometimes we read people badly when they are busy they have no time to chat to you so bear that in mind. Jim is relatively new there butbhe is also a great guy and very caring towards customers. Guys thank you for your service .

I use this Post Office at least once a week and I've never had a bad experience there. I'm actually really surprised to see the negative reviews some people have left. The workers are always very nice. Even when someone came in and was being extremely unreasonable and irate, they remained professional and courteous.

I have had issues in the past with one of the older women with grey curly hair in a pony tail. BUT I have to say that Mary Beth is an absolute gem!! If you happen to go here and see a younger woman with dark hair at the counter then go to her. She’s so incredibly nice and thoughtful.

Jen is always friendly and helpful. She is efficient and knowledgeable, keeping the line moving even during busy holiday seasons. She clearly explains estimated arrival dates, boxes, and costs, answering questions without hesitation and suggesting the best option for my shipping needs. Thank you, Jen!

Ive used the Marlton NJ post office for the past 20 years. always friendly, kind, professional staff. When my yellow lab wandered lost into the post office yard, Paul, one of the US Postal workers caught him, called me to come & get him & returned him to me with a lot of sincere love. Ive sent thousands of holiday cards & packages around the US & the world. all always arrived safely. Kudos & these guys are the best with the most convenient hrs. :) Thank you Marlton USPS staff!! :)

Good customer service! 24 hour computer generated machine to buy stamps/mail plus.and letters! Accessibility to P.O. mailers, boxes, etc. You can come.at.3.a.m. & mail your pkg.

Counter staff is courteous and efficient. I’ve lived in town for a while and the staff here keeps it moving. I’ve seen them come out and help people with the automated shipping machine when things are busy.

These other people are overreacting 'ive been working here for about a month and i've never seen anyone get mistreated the people here are actually really nice and helpful just treat people how you want to be treated and for people who work there thank you for your help.

I personally haven’t had any issues with this postal office so far, Debbie was very helpful with me. Just make sure to come more earlier because the line can be long.

Only problem I have encountered here were lines when I needed to get to work in the morning. Not too unreasonable.
