We recently had our roof replaced by the Team from Approved Contractors. Dave Shlamowitz oversaw every detail of the process from beginning through completion. He interfaced with the Insurance company, met with the adjuster and filed the necessary Township paperwork. His customer service and attention to detail is beyond measure. The roof was completed in 1 day and the crew was very careful about the property and landscaping; making sure all debris was thoroughly removed. I gave them 5-Stars and would highly recommend them! 🌟

Approved was very easy to work with from the quoting process all the way through job completion. I needed a new roof, gutters and leaders. I went to three highly qualified contractors for quotes. Approved offered and provided upgraded Owens Corning materials for my project. Their price was highly competitive. There were no surprises throughout the installation process. Jason and his team were professional with the estimate, completely explained in detail the repairs and new roof options. The day of old roof removal and new roof installation exceeded expectations. The crew was on time, prepared and took extra time to protect plants and trees. The roof was installed quickly and we were please with the shingle colors and options. My experience with Approved was fantastic from the first call to Jason. He was at my house within the hour to look at our roof. He did most of the leg work with contacting our insurance company. He provided almost immediate responses with every text. The roof installation was great and the installers have it down to a science. Very clean installation. I have recommended Approved and Jason to my neighbors and they will also be using them.

I never thought any roofing-siding-gutter construction company could possibly be as wonderful as Approved Contractors, Inc. But they are outstanding. Their representative Justin L. is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and truly endearing. When Justin identified hail damage, he urged our patience to get an insurance appraisal first, although I was skeptical that insurance would cover it. He waited with us for hours for the insurance adjuster to arrive to make sure the adjuster saw what Justin saw. Justin handled all the detailed insurance paperwork for us. And he was right -- insurance paid for almost everything (roof, siding, gutters). This work was for my mother's house and it was done professionally, competently and efficiently. I only wish I had known about Approved Contractors for my own roof which I had replaced several months earlier with a different company, far less satisfactorily. My mother's house now looks beautiful. Everyone we dealt with at Approved Contractors was delightful and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any home construction needs.

From beginning to end for my roof replacement, Approved Contractors was as professional and responsive as they come which made my experience very easy. Communication was fantastic and they were there to answer questions along the way. Their team came in and they were very respectful of the property. They came did their work, cleaned up and were out all in very impressive time!

I can't say enough good things about Approved Contractors, Inc. Our neighbor had Approved Contractors install their new roof after it had been damaged by hail and highly recommended them to us. We called and set up an appointment. Ryan Pasko, our project manager, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. He checked our roof for hail damage from the storm last summer (2021) and determined that there was damage. He worked with our insurance company and went up on the roof with the insurance adjustor. Our claim was approved. Then we met with Ryan to discuss the project. He explained everything and answered all our questions. If he didn't know an answer, he found out the answer. He gave us addresses of houses with roofs Approved Contractors had done so we could see how the new roof would look. The installers started work about 7 am on the scheduled day and finished about 6 hours later. They were careful of my plants and cleaned everything up including removing the dumpster. The roof looked great! We have hired them to replace the siding on our house.

Jason and team did a great job inspecting and replacing my roof and gutters. Jason made me aware that damage caused by hail storms could be covered by my home owners insurance. His inspection and working with the insurance company saved me thousands of dollars. He always kept me informed throughout the whole process.

We just had our roof replaced with Approved Contractors, and I must admit I had been nervous about how the whole process would go since so much was involved. We worked with Anthony, and we couldn't be happier with the job that was done! The roof looks amazing, and everything went great from beginning to end. The members of the roofing crew were extremely nice and friendly, and before they started they took great care to cover and protect our deck and landscaping. When the job was done, they cleaned up every last spot, and and they went over everything with us to make sure we were happy. Approved Contractors has my highest recommendation, and we are delighted that we chose to work with them.

We had a terrific experience with our roof replacement. Ryan was the rep we met with and his knowledge about the company and product and process left us feeling very confident and comfortable that we chose the right company for the job. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly and our roof is a beautiful compliment to our brick and siding. The installers started early, laid tarps, completed the roof and spent the next couple of hours cleaning up and using magnet to pick up any and all stray nails. Approved Contractors helped me work with my insurance company to fix my roof after damage caused by a hail storm. Jason Pursell from Approved Contractors was in charge of my repair and was very helpful. He spoke to my insurance company, the insurance adjuster, and the roofing inspector to explain the damage and the repairs needed. The insurance company approved my claim, and Jason and the team proceeded to install a new roof. The quality of the install team was excellent. Highly recommend Approved Contractors for your roof replacement needs. Jared guided me through the claims process since we had some significant hail damage and our insurance company (Farmers Insurance) covered it without any issues. 2 crews came early in the morning to remove 3 layers and the new roof was complete by early afternoon; my neighbors were impressed by their efficiency and we had a quiet afternoon. Referred a few friends and family members who are getting their roofs replaced soon that are insurance approved as well and they will be happy with the results.

What started out as a cold call after a hail storm, turned into a new roof covered by homeowners insurance. The salesperson I dealt with, Ryan, was an excellent communicator, walking me through the entire process. The appointments we had set up were always attended on time. What ever time the appointment, Ryan was there. That is always appreciated, particularly in a world where various companies give you 4 hour windows and inevitably it turns into 6. When it was time to have the roof done the project manager. Rob, was also a capable communicator explaining the process and setting the expectation. The work started at 7:30 am and the crew was done by 4, me with a new roof. Upon inspection I picked up a few snafus, nothing major or concerning but needed to be resolve. Both Ryan and Rob were on top of taking care of it and went above and beyond to make me happy. Lastly I also appreciated the owner, Vince coming by and taking a look at the job. All in all a great experience....and it started with a cold call.. Kudos to Approved for having employees who take time with the client and care about how the final product is received.
