Cashiers are always friendly and ask if you found everything you needed or need help. The pharmacists are very dedicated to making sure you understand your medication and fill your prescription promptly. They Take time to answer all of your questions and Are willing to educate you about about your medication.

The pharmacy associates work so well together ! Frank was busy jumping back and forth answering the phones and manning the drive thru customers but he kindly fixed my last name spelling in their system but then a car came so Joe stepped over to ring me out and Joe also took the time to chat with me about covid boosters and flu shots and side effects. The pharmacists all are always very helpful at that store

Lidio at the Rite Aid Pharmacy 9910 Frankford Avenue is AWESOME!!!!!!

He always greets my wife and I with his GIGANTIC Lidio smile. His whole team is extremely helpful no matter how busy they are. Joe, Frank and the rest of the team. They make you feel right at home. I'll never use another pharmacy except Rite Aid. Just great people all around. Keep up the great work.

This is a nicer Rite Aid location, with a full service pharmacy, small grocery section, and mini photo lab services.

The pharmacy techs are consistanly the nicest group I've dealt with, but the one pharmacist is a really great guy.

He has always taken the time to explain things, help you find an item, call another store if they can't fill a specific item, and one time saved us from filling a medication that potentially could have caused my wife to miscarry.

Love this store took a bit at first but it grew on me the manager is a doll (Kelly) very helpful and kind. She is always willing to help. Takes care of me all the time. Also there is a cashier there (I don’t know her name) young girl so sweet. Always has a smile!!!!

This is byfar the best rite aid in the country the staff makes u feel like ur family always pleasant n they have this one cashier begins wit A her name n she is the nicest n n thoroughest person I've ever met not to mention thee most insanely incredibly n so uniquely beautiful with these hypnotic but beautiful eyes melts yr heart every time she waits on u just a true n rare n special n unique human being

Good pharmacy staff. Explains complicated insurance companies rules. Communicates well with the patients. Not the best for out of pocket as they sometimes are pricey. Good insurance then this is the place

Pharmacists have called me on many occasions bc they didn't have the meds prescribed. They actually called around to other stores for availability and will call the doctor to discuss alternative choices

Everyone in the pharmacy is always so pleasant and helpful.
