Gold Medal Service - Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, & Electrical

Have used Gold Medal (New Jersey) twice in the last month, once to replace a shower and today they replaced the water heater. The technician for both jobs, Matthew, couldn't have been better--prompt, pleasant, and most important, everything works great now! They took care of everything, including getting the permit from the city, which is definitely something I'd rather not deal with myself. The staff was also very helpful when I called before my appointment with some questions and concerns about replacing the water heater (thank you Brent!). Gold stars for Gold Medal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the 2nd time I've had a plumbing issue and that Noel at Gold Medal solved. He is excellent and takes his time explaining everything. Patient when I had a million questions and super clean during the whole process. He even told me the right mold spray to buy. Highly recommend Gold Medal.

This was not the first time I used Gold Medal Services (4 times altogether) and they are overdue for a review. I have had different plumbers for all of my situations and I would rate them all as excellent. They were very prompt, professional and highly skilled at fixing problems. They took the time to explain things to me, took pictures and gave me recommendations for preventive measures. I usually do not leave reviews, but this was well deserved, long overdue and I have no fear in recommending this company to others.

The technicians arrived exactly on time and were very polite. They explained what they were going to do, and had it done very quickly. I would call them again if we need another plumbing job done!

I am pleased to share this review about our amazing technican Darren Angus. We hadn’t had great success with Gold Medal in the past a number of times. We were reluctant to use them, but at 11:30 at night one of our outside pipes broke. Our usual plumber was not available. We had no choice but to call Gold Medal and boy we are happy we did. Darren proved to be an exception to our past experiences .He was professional, cheerful, helpful and extremely competent. Excellent experience! The technician Al Leak was very prompt, skilled, and very patient with my parents. He even got them to sign up for a membership that will help them to save money in the long run. Their toilet situation got resolved in a matter of a couple of hours. Thank you so much!

I'm pretty handy but i don't mess with electrical stuff. I went with gold medal to have a simple fixture replaced. My technician Anthony was excellent. He swapped everything out easily, and even took the time to review and provide a ballpark estimate on few other larger items in my home that i am planning to replace this year. Great company. Every time I've had Gold Medal to my home the technicians were always pleasant, helpful, and thorough in their work. Mark K. came to my home and couldn't have been better. He took care of a flooding and sump pump issue quickly and efficiently and went out of his way to make sure all the standing water in the crawl space was pumped out before he left. He explained everything he did and fixed the problem in no time. If I have any more problems in my home I will definitely call Gold Medal and request Mark.

I have had an excellent experience with this company for Plumbing. I have NOT had a good experience using them for oil powered furnaces, so this review is for plumbing.

Very professional and quick service. Quoted a hot water heater replacement but they had to decline the offer due to the HOA legalities. Recently got them to change my shower head, bathtub spout, and trim. Would recommend 👍

My Gold Medal Tech, Dennis Salvador did a great job with my gas furnace issues. He arrived at the proper time and diagnosed our furnace issue quickly! He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and he explained everything in layman's terms that anyone could easily understand! I really appreciate the work done by Gold Medal Service. The technician was kind, friendly and clean. We needed a new water heater, the technician replaced the unit and educated us on proper steps to make the water heater last a long time. I will definitely call them for other plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I called Gold Medal Service to flush our tankless water heater, which needs to be done once a year. The appointment was scheduled for the next day, and confirmed by text and email, which I like. The technician, Jermaine, contacted me prior to his arrival, on time. He politely explained what needed to be done, and provided a cost estimate. He completed the job in about an hour or so, and cleaned up the area nicely. I'll definitely try Gold Medal Service again.
