Royal Wholesale Candy & Chocolate

Super helpful guiding us through opening our chocolate shop. The new site is much faster than the old one, so no more problems there. The chat is great when I have a question about an item or if I need to know if something is in stock. Customer service reps are awesome.

The prices are better than anywhere I've researched and the variety is crazy. The local delivery is very convenient and the drivers are always courteous. If I ever need my order shipped in the future, the prices for shipping seem reasonable, too, unlike other places I've checked out.

Also, a couple other distributors would not deliver to our shop because we don't have a parking lot or a loading dock. Royal said "no problem"!

Have been working with Royal for over 4 years and love their selection! They always have something new and special. Customer service team always does a good job too. Great packing in the warehouse and very little damage or missing items!
