Menards

I placed an order online for pickup and the Richmond heights Menards and they filled my order quick. I was not able to make it for a few days and they had no problem holding on to my order. Today I pulled up the the guard shack and the very nice lady scanned me in. I parked at pickup and went inside and a very nice gentleman named John. He scanned my phone found my order pushed it to my work van and loaded it. I told him how nice he was compared to past employees. He also said there has been new management and it's been a vast improvement. The seem to be a very proud employee and there needs to be more of him. I would hire him in a heartbeat. My family is from Eau Claire and I've went to Menards my whole childhood. I'm happy menards is in St. Louis but just needs a to figure out how to get more of the market. My only real advice is the layout of your stores are not the most efficient for contractors wanting to get in and out quick.

I had to purchase new locks at this location recently and received superb and phenomenal customer service from the manager in lighting. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating.

Great place for home improvement ideas to come to fruition.  In this store there's not much they don't have for your self-help needs.  Staff is friendly & eager to help.  They provide ideas & suggestions for smooth project planning.  Plus, they can easily connect you to a local certified  contractor to make your improvement dreams come to life.  I try not to miss their popular 11% off sales, which saves a lot of money for those large home projects.

They always have what I need and I've received a ton of cash back from the 11% rebates. I built a deck this summer and the rebates on the lumber/decking paid for a big chunk of my railings.

Menards is the best I love going there you can get everything you need to for the hardware store and miscellaneous whatnots plus you know so get things for eating IE milk cereal frozen Pizza chips dips different types of drinks and candy. Plus you can also get indoor and outdoor plants it surely is the truly everything store it is truly the best

1st time going to this Menards. Super nice and clean. Very helpful employee in the yard power tools. I believe his name was Ray, but I could be wrong, I do know that he mentioned that he is a preacher if that can help identify him. I only mention this because he was VERY helpful, but above and beyond that, he was KIND. Just kind. And that is something we need tons more of.

This was only my second time at this store ever in my life. We were checking out the exterior security doors and Carrie was awesome. She answered all my questions and showed us the different doors and locks available. I appreciated her expertise and kindness!!

I love this store it is everything you need in a hardware store and also whatnots including groceries Terry Frozen perishable a couple drinks chips etc.

The lady at the checkout line (from San Diego) was very sweet. Also am happy with my Lil Xmas tree.

This place is so awesome. A two story Hardware Store, that is what I call a big box store. Everybody needs to go experience this

Can’t find anything in the store but the Piano Man is fantastic! Please improve your app. Has a large selection but definitely hard to find stuff. Very nice staff.

My girlfriend and I shop at this location often, and just wanted to brag on the service we received today.

First we had a cashier, Zak. He was friendly and courteous.

We ended up having to come back in the store to purchase some bagged goods in the L&G area and was taken care of at the registers by Brittany. She was genuine and friendly as well.

Lastly, we were met by Jared as we drove through to pick up some heavier items on the backside of the building.
He was very courteous and had a good sense of humor.

Just thought these employees should be recognized because in today's day and age, good service is hard to find. It certainly sets this store apart, in my opinion.

Great deals and sales. For really good deals, you have to get in on the sale early before others buy up all the stock!

OMG... This place is great, i was looking for a compost bin and someone said go to Menards. I have never been to the store, but this is now my favorite place to go. They have everything you need for your EVERYTHING!!!! AMAZING PRICES, TERRIFIC EMPLOYEES.. SHOUT OUT TO DOUG!!!! You the man.. you the man for helping me out...if you need anything go to this Menards and get the app... It has a map!!!! Shows you where stuff is..

Spent $890 on a door that was in stock with a Guaranteed delivery date of 5/18/22. I coordinated with someone to come install the door for 5/21/22. Get a call today on 5/16/22 that they sold the door from underneath of us and now had an updated delivery day of, and I quote, “soon”. I asked to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one in the entire store. Absolutely unprofessional service. The lady that I spoke to was rude and it took me saying this was unprofessional to get her to apologize. I would absolutely NOT recommend using them for any sort of delivery… chances are you’ll spend the money on an item already in stock and they’ll sell it out from underneath you before deliver. If you have any issues after the fact… customer service will be less then helpful. Now off to figure out how to get the door I already paid for…

Store managers reached out. They were able to secure another door and delivered it to me on time as promised. Well handled.

Product lay-out is a bit confusing but the customer service more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this store!

This location is huge and well organized. The staff was helpful and the prices are fair. I bought a huge rug for under 100 bucks and haven't seen that size for that price anywhere else. We also got some paint and that is pretty standard in price there. Randomly they have some food items and although I wasn't expecting to get anything food related from there I did leave with a few items. Overall- great for home needs and will be going there first over some of the other chain home reno stores.

Went to an estate sale and then the car broke down. Got the car to a car repair company. Walked to Menards. Inquired as to whether it had any trucks available for rent. Got a Chevy Silverado w/ 900 miles for $18.95 + $5 Sunday surcharge for 75 minutes. Made it home. Got the other car. Returned the truck. All is good.

I found exactly what I wanted. The helpful clerk at lumber desk gave me a slip to take to the checkout. The cashier was very efficient. I proceeded to the lumber yard. The gate keeper was very friendly and helpful with directions. The lumber yard attendant helped me find my item and loaded it even though he was very busy. I passed through the gate again with a cheerful good bye from the attendant.

Friendly, helpful associates, well stocked, and wide variety of hardware and household products. The quality and availability of lumber and building materials puts Home Depot to shame. You'll pay a little more and l don't really get the rebate program as it would make more sense to price items with the discounts up front but they stick with it so I guess it works.
