Took my daughter back soon as we got here.
At least 4 doctors/nurses were in her room and I am impressed with this hospital. I've been in a few hospitals in my life, and I've waited in the ER many times for long periods of time.
I would definitely recommend this hospital.
Friendly, caring, responsive team!

My mother was taken to Aria Er and spent a few days there . It was the first time we had been here . Everyone was so nice and helpful. The communication was excellent. It will be our hospital of choice from now on .

Had mom in on the 17th for outpatient procedure. From the checkin to the staff where the procedure was done I can't say enough great thing about them.

Overwhelmed and understaffed nurses need more support at this hospital.

I got to the ER before 2pm, got called back at 3pm, which was fine, however, when I went back they put me into a "Fast tracking chair" & I was stuck in like this little hole staring at the wall waiting for blood work & CAT SCAN. I thought I would be in an ER ROOM, no, I sat in that horrible little corner in a chair for 7 hours. I gave 2 stars for the 2 nurses I had because they were good. I will be going to St. Mary's if I ever have to go to an ER again.

I planned to make this report private but could not locate the patient advocate contact info. My brother was taken to Aria Hospital, 3998 Red Lion Rd, PA on 8/2/19 around 10 pm. He called me frantically that he was having back pain radiating to his chest. I told him to call 911 immediately base on his medical history of stroke, high BP and cholesterol. I called the hospital 45 minutes later to see what was happening, he told me that he was sitting in ED triage and nothing was happening. I asked to speak with the nurse and explained to her that he complained of chest pain and needs more assessment. Her answer to me was that he didn't tell us that and I explain that because of the stroke, he is not able to explain situations clearly
Shortly after talking to the nurse, my brother called that he was wheeled out of triage to the lobby and left on the wheelchair with no one attending to him. I immediately, proceeded to the hospital. I asked if EKG was performed and what about blood work, to which the nurse again said to me we didn't do an EKG and I said even with chest pain? Long story short, his blood pressure was re-check and it was 217/100, he had abnormal lab results and kidney stone.
Every other staff in the ER were very pleasant and professional except this nurse (not nursing assistants) who worked in the Triage on the night of 8/2/19. By the time my brother was wheeled into the ER, he was disoriented, had peed on himself, in pain and BP was sky high, while this nurse sat at the cubicle behind a computer all the 4 hours I was there and could care less. She didn't give me her name but she was the only RN working in the triage by the lobby that night.
I am a healthcare worker myself and understand how busy things could be but this night, there was no other patient with the nurse when I arrived around midnight and what she did to my brother was negligence. I will like to be contacted through my email address for follow up. The two stars is for the other staff members.
Thanks, Kike

PLEASE if you are able, go to another ER. This place does not care about you. It cares about money. You will wait hours and hours and they won’t even bring you to the back. They will do the bare minimum and send you packing. You could be bleeding out on their waiting room floor and it will not matter. Save yourself the grief if you can.

If I could give this hospital ZERO stars I would, absolutely terrible experience. Brought my mother to the ER around 3pm on Monday April 24th, and almost 12 hours later we are STILL WAITING and it’s currently 2:15AM Tuesday right now as I write this. there are also elderly folks in the waiting room who have been waiting for HOURS who are in wheel chairs and obvious pain. A elderly lady was brought here in an ambulance and was still made to wait in the waiting room. This lady was here so long waiting in a wheel chair and in pain, that the entire waiting room started clapping when they finally took her in, it’s ridiculous. All they have done is take some blood, and send people back to the waiting with the tubes still attached to the patients arms. Absolutely horrible experience.

I have been here waiting to be seen since 9pm and it’s now 7:04 am. The staff are offering the most nonsensical explanations for the long wait time.

This hospital used to be great know they very rude unprofessional dirty. Lazy wait time over 10 hrs to only be seen once while In waiting area .ND wait another 6 hrs to see what's wrong with you. Never once seen maintenance clean the bathroom or clean around the waiting area. Then I asked for disinfectant spray I'm told we a hospital we don't have that. So I wonder how do the hospital clean and keep patients safe. Horrible

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! i rushed to the hospital for chest tightness and trouble breathing the receptionist had a conversation with her friend while I was begging for help and telling her it was getting worse, they just said wait a minute then gave me an ekg and said my heart was fine when it was my lungs not my heart! I was then told to sit in the waiting room for 4 hours before I said Im going to another hospital! And this was the “emergency room”. They have not a care in the world and the most unprofessional healthcare people I ever saw. It’s like they just accept anyone off the street and hire them!

I waited 14 hours one time during COVID terrible care for a patient to wait that long finally left and told them not to bill me. 2 stars is too many. Triage take you within a reasonable amount of time then they take your blood pressure then they forget about you.

This hospital never ceases to amaze me. 8:30pm until now 9am waiting to see a doctor in the ER. PREGNANT WIFE is bleeding profusely yet no urgently is met here. Quite frankly this hospital needs to either see new management or be torn down. This is no more then malpractice to the patient. 12.5 hours, I'm glad they test it out to see if the patient is truly going to die before they see them. What a joke of a facility
