Expensive $13.99 a pair to hem pants. Especially if you got a deal for $20 on the pants. Plus I needed 5 pairs done.

My assistant brought my RL leather jacket there over 1 year ago for cleaning. Arrived to pick it up, only for them to have ripped a whole in it and then they attempted to cover it up. I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit over my $800.
