Wawa

My review is for the Food manager Jason. Tonight I came in and ordered two sandwiches and fries. It was pretty crowded and the food took a little while but no big deal. Unfortunately when I got home my girlfriend and I noticed that both sandwiches were wrong. I went back to the store very frustrated but Jason noticed me right away as I walked in and I told him the dilemma and they way he put me at ease and without any delay simply made two new sandwiches and even provided fresh fries for me. I know this was a simple thing but I want y’all to know that this Wawa in Berlin cares about service and its customers and I want to thank Jason for his service tonight!

Wawa has the best coffee around at the best price... You could go to Starbucks and pay more but I wouldn't advise it. Google says that Wawa has more caffeine than Duncan. If you want extra caffeine, you can get a double shot of espresso. They've got plenty of designer drinks with whipped cream, and other toppings. They have every kind of soda fountain soft drinks in small to extra large. They have a great variety of sandwiches hot and cold they'll make up for you on the spot. They have a great variety of pre-made salads, fruit, cheese and meat combos. They have a refrigeration case lining one wall with bottled drinks and such. It's all fast food but it's also pretty good fast food; and it's pretty good fast food. They've got tasty cakes and other name brands as well as their own. The daily fresh pretzels are a favorite of mine. There's an amazing amount and quality in a quick food, stop and get something on the fly kind of store. Their bigger stores also sell gasoline and diesel. Finally, they have a reward system that's worth doing. I highly recommend Wawa. They are very successful because they are very good at what they do. The people that work there have a good attitude.

This is by far my favorite store to go to. I personally go there because of how the people make me feel. Wow!!! Before I live in West Berlin, I was living in Pine Hill and would occasionally visit this store when I visited my sister. I found myself driving past several Wawas just to go to this one because of the people! It was Heidi that I was drawn to deeply because there is something very sweet and rare in how she would serve each client! Joseph was very impressive as well, he would always greet me and say my name with such precision and confidence. Thanks Joe!

Howard does a phenomenal job in training his staff and I cannot give enough compliments, kudos and praise to compensate for the wonderful job this team does consistently and continually. The leadership team, the gas attendants, the cashiers, the food production team, the beverage/coffee attendants are beyond fantastic and I am grateful to have experience this energy almost twice per day every week. YEAH💃🏻

Well done to Howard, Nicole 🙌, Ariel, Cindy👍, Heidi, Lucas, Nior, Ken, Dustin, Angelo, Christian, Brittany🙌, Michael🙏, William, Jordan, Jason, Audrey, Joseph, Ryan, Teresa, Guam, Daniel, and to all the wonderful members that go out of their way to help all of us as patrons.

I am completely satisfied with the team’s approach in driving excellence in how they serve and yes, a thousand times over, Howard you get the people part of your business right. Well Done!

Great welcoming staff especially RJ makes eye contact and makes the store feel like family owned neighborhood corner store.

It appears that this store is very well managed. The lines from the food Service through the store to the cashier seem to move very smoothly. The staff seemed to be competent. I noticed that the cashiers in this store are very polite. They always have a greeting and always say thank you at the completion of the sale. The store itself appears to be clean and hygienic except when there is really bad weather out which has to be excused. The store is always very well stocked and I rarely see an empty shelf. All of the salads and refrigerated items are dated. I feel very confident shopping here.

Just stopped by to grab creamer and witnessed Heidi bringing an order coffee out to an elderly lady who was waiting by her car. Also was thoroughly impressed that in my 5 minutes in the store I witnessed the staff greet multiple guests by name. So much so that I just assume they know everyone! Freaking amazing. It’s not hard to tell this staff doesn’t just care about their jobs, but they care about each other, and their guests.

Employee Hope at the front register is always awesome. She makes returning to this specific store a pleasure!

My food was fresh, the environment very clean & coffee hot! I’m kicking myself because I didn’t get the managers name—I believe it started with an R? but he was on 2nd shift, had black hair, kinda tall, very friendly and a little goofy :)

You’ve got a gem here wawa, he took time out of his day to accommodate my special needs child’s order. People can be rude and impatient with children on the spectrum so seeing him assist my childs order while making him smile & joking with/treating him like anyone else nearly brought tears to my eyes…it’s the little things!

You don't walk in to complain. Grab your coffee, scratch offs and/or hoagie that no one wants to admit is good, pay and leave.
