Yesterday my mother purchased us a car. Nick is one of a kind. Helpful throughout the whole process. Answered all my 100 questions lol but he understood i needed a reliable vehicle for my kiddos and family. This was our big step to brighter days and future plans. Man it was a blessing to wake up today and my kids were over thrilled to ride to school. I couldnt thank you enough Nick!!. Def recommend to anyone and told many already. Thank you.

Absolutely love my car! The atmosphere when you walk in is awesome! Very relaxing. They don’t hassle you. 100 percent would get another vehicle from them in the future.

Purchased 2 vehicles from here and Nick was the most honest person we've dealt with. We've tried other dealerships but they tried to sell us cars with issues trying to say nothing was wrong and push a sale. Nick explained every detail of the cars we came to look for and if there were any issues he didnt sugar coat anything and let us know throughly what worked and if there were issues and would pay to fix anything that was wrong. Im very happy with my new car! Do not listen to the negative review. This place is legit and doesn't force you into anything you wouldn't want like other dealers. They work with you and Everyone here is very welcoming and understanding!

The gentlemen who assisted me, Nick Savana, gave me nothing but his attention and support the whole time! Not once did I feel like I was not receiving the customer service I deserved and needed. From the vehicle I wanted, to the insurance I needed, he walked me through every step of the way! His staff was cool, calm and collective and made us feel like we were at home while the paperwork was paper working.

Now let’s talk about the vehicle selection… believe you me when I say if you are interested in it and you are upfront and honest with what you are able to afford, Nick is your guy! Walked me and my fiancé through each vehicle we were interested in and gave us the detailed specs and possible prices after financing (he did the research for us before we came cause we called).

I am leaving today a happy woman and now me and my fiancee and kids have a spacious Kia Sorento 2017 fully loaded for a beautiful and fair price!

I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from Nick about 5 years ago, it now is well over 160,000 miles, and I’ve only had to do basic maintenance on it up until now (struts which could still be considered basic maintenance) the car has been overly reliable especially with how old it is at this point and how much I put that poor car through with my two kids lol. I would buy another car from Nick 100 times over!

This was the best place to go to buy my first car. Nick was very nice went over everything with me made sure I understood it all . I didn't feel rushed into picking a car. The whole process went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend going here to get a car!

We needed a car for my son to get back and forth to work but did not have the money to buy him a brand new one so after visiting a few other dealerships and almost getting swindled out of our hard-earned money I saw the sign for this dealership and decided to pop in.

I met Nick (the sales manager) who was absolutely amazing! There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, and the one thing I noticed about Nick was that he is an honest man.

Nick helped us go through the process and even dealt with my many requests to drive a few different cars without even a sigh.

Everything was seamless with Nick's help, and we did not feel like he was just there to make a sale. Nick really cares about the customers, and it shows.

The whole time I thought it was Nick who owned the dealership by the way he carries himself. Very professional!

We had absolutely no problems from beginning to the day we went in to pick up the title and tags. Nick handled it all and deserves a big raise!

As for the Paul (the owner) I feel he could do a lot more to show appreciation for each, and every, customer who comes to his establishment. While completing the transaction Paul was sitting at a desk across from us and never even looked up to greet us until someone in my party said something to him. Paul never shook our hand to say "thanks for buying from us" there was no gratitude at all. It was Nick who suggested/asked Paul if they could fill up the gas tank on the car, of which Paul obliged, but it shouldn't have taken all that!

Other establishments where we have purchased cars always did something for the customer in exchange for such an investment. They would do something tangible for the customer. Not saying Paul has to go way overboard or anything but he needs to do more to show thankfulness and gratitude to keep the customers coming back.

With the way the economy is today we could have gone to other establishments and purchased a car, but it was something about Nick's approach that made an impact on us.

Just so everyone knows, I am not writing this to down anyone or make anyone feel bad. I am simply giving my honest assessment of our personal encounter with hopes that the owner will take my feedback to heart and look for even the smallest way to say "Thank You" to his customers.

After all, in today's world, word of mouth referrals are largely how businesses expand.

Took my mom up to see Nick Savana for a newer vehicle and was extremely impressed. His attitude along with patience to make sure he gave her the best deal was amazing. Hands down probably the easiest car purchase by far. Thanks Nick and we will recommend you in the future.
