Staples Mt.Holly is one location the Brand can feel-good about. A clean well lit store and organized aisles. More importantly is Krystal with a K. Not what but who you should be asking is Krystal.
On my visit she handled my return, refund.repurchase of the correct one and if not she left notes so someone else could follow up. And you thought only American Express had that level of Service.

If I could give Staples in Mount Holly 10 stars, I would - their printing services are the best, quality-wise and efficiency-wise - and the staff are awesome. Very helpful and very kind. We ran into a difficult issue with a print job and they were so compassionate, and helped us resolve it (thank you David!). This is the only place I will ever go to again for supplies and printing. Thank you Staples in Mount Holly! <3

Friendly and helpful manager and staff. I do all of my UPS and USPS shipping here for my small business/personal needs. So glad to have this option vs. visiting our local post office or UPS store! I also do all of my promotional printing for my business here because of the convenience and affordable pricing.

If ever a full service Staples is needed, this is the place to go. I have gone to a few other stores but this one by far deserves a 5 star rating. Everyone I've encountered has always been friendly, courteous and eager to help. My visits cover the range of morning, afternoon and evening and there is always someone willing, ready and able to assist... lots of talents there. To all of the staff, thank you, thank you, thank you with special recognition to my A+ go to guy David.

Everyone in this store is extremely nice. A couple of weeks ago my daughter who is obsessed with store logos got a Staples tag from the manager David. It made her day and mine. I shop here often and I am always treated politely with a smile.
UPS/Happy Returns staff are always helpful as well.

After a horrible experience at the Delran location this Mt. Holly location rolled out the red carpet. I was welcomed and taken excellent care of. This will be the only staples location I will shop at in the future. Shout out to the team sorry I didn’t catch names.

I’ve honestly been meaning to leave a review for awhile. I think it’s crazy to go out of your way to review a store like this, but they are just so excellent here!
I do a lot of printing for work. The staff is super helpful. They always recommend ways for me to save money. The product is perfect and it’s always a quick turnaround.
Once I didn’t get my order in on time, and they saved me by printing it same day!
There is plenty of staff. It’s spacious with easy parking and access.
There’s nothing bad to say about this place.
On top of all of that….. if I need ANYTHING random when I’m there, they always have it. I love their cleaning product isle!
Last time I was there, I needed paper plates. Can you believe they had that too!!! 🤗

I needed new Resumes printed at the last minute. They went the extra mile to make sure it was printed properly and were lightning fast. Thank you, Jack and David!

I needed a few posters laminated last minute for a work project , and David was such a pleasure to work with. I called this location prior to arriving after going to 3 other Staples locations just to find out their laminating machine was not working. David stated it would take some time for the machine to warm up and assured me when I would arrive that the laminating machine would be ready for me, and it was! David was very pleasant on the phone and even more pleasant in person! Thank you for the assistance David!

I honestly don't do much purchasing here, but they accept UPS and USPS drop offs, and as of recently, Amazon return! The staff is great and very helpful and kind! The few purchases I have made have been top notch! It was also my first official IT job about 15 years ago as an Easy Tech associate!

First time at this location and we were treated with such kindness from the staff! I will be back!

David M helped me in the Tech Services Department transferring data from my old SLOW pc to my new pc. He was extremely patient and helpful even though the process took forever. He is truly an example of awesome customer service. He is an asset to the Mt Holly Staples team! Thank you David!!!!

I needed help printing, copying and faxing. Staff walked me through it and I was good to go! Wish I didn't have to pay 40$ to send a 19 page fax to pay my taxes but that's the way of the world. I found staff to be helpful and pleasant! I have never been here before and I'll def be back.

Great customer service! I was in there for less than 10 minutes to send a fax. I was greeted right away by a friendly face and was approached by a couple of different people asking if I needed any help. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was so friendly and professional. This is definitely the best Staples I have ever been to!

Never had a problem with this store or its staff.... I often mail stuff out and the woman that helps me is always very courteous and efficient. I have been approached by different salespeople who asked if I needed help. Never been in the restroom, but the rest of the store is immaculate.

Ive been shopping at this Staples for well over 5 yrs. I've always have had a great experience every time I shopped here. The manager is wonderful and right on top of things. ty for the great service!!

My favorite Staples location. Never too busy or crowded. Help available when you need it or feel free to wander around uninterrupted if you love office supplies!

Very nice people. It's a one stop shop. Laminated my cards, picked up dish soap etc, off home I was. Definitely go you can do a lot of things at Staples

Used the self-serve copy machines. Pretty self explanatory. If you use Staples print to email service it can be a little complicated. But overall the staff was busy helping customers and the store was neat and clean.
