I have been dealing with this agency on the behalf of my son. Julie is a fine person to work with. She’s been gracious, understanding and knows her job.

I am a tenant at 1121 south 11th st ...edwington apts.
Ive always had a genujne conscious to a goal of becoming a united state citizen of good faith. That changed ever since coming to Bismarck, ND where evidence obtainable on a government/commerical computer surveillance system proves that numerous maloevent sadistic selfishly motivated persons are in authority . This is even more evident at edwington apts where we are commanded by employees there to strip and expose our body parts, yet we residents are contractually a "tenant" until they call a local police authority who sides with employees with utterances (that are intended to fraudulently deceive tenants such as myself )that we aren't tenants protected under the state and federal laws and constitution. That the edwington apartment is a private commercial entity .The employees arrogantly rely on a malevolent sadistic authority to intimidate tenants, even threaten tenants of arrests, evictions, searches inconsistent with good faith, etc.etc.etc.
The employees are employed by the state of North Dakota not employed by any private commercial business....hence the legal name of" Bismarck Housing Authority".
I no longer intend to be any part of North Dakota expressly because of these government employees who are and do cognitively accepts maloevent sadistic tyrants/abusers of power and authority. REMEMBER THIS: If your so good intended .There is electronically stored intelligence information available that proves every word written herein that I do swear under penalty of perjury to. That these authority figures blatantly refuse their responsibilities to be responsible to or compelled these subordinates responsible and/or accountable. I am embarrassed to be not only a human being but that of a resident of Bismarck,North Dakota and a United States citizen.

My 3 boys & I had our deposit $1,350 paid on a place/home because we had our voucher for a 3 bdrm & Julie O. From the housing office kept telling me that the place/places I picked were out of my housing voucher budget of $1,435 she told the landlord I was only approved for $1,300 which was a lie my voucher was for $1,435 so I told Julie O. That I wasn't about to move to a ghetto place because she's choosing to lie and say I can't "afford" it when I definitely can. I ended up getting my refund of $1,350 from the landlord told Julie O. That I'm done with her program. She stated that I put it in writing so Here it is.
