Sea Spa at Congress Hall

One of the highlights of our mother daughter trip to Cape May was a visit to the Sea Spa at Congress Hall!
We were greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. We appreciate the fact that our appointment time ran like clockwork. More importantly, the quality of the deep tissue massages we received was outstanding! Our massage therapists, Laurie and Kate, were extremely professional and excellent at their craft.
The atmosphere of the massage rooms enhances the experience. You also get to choose the music you would like playing in the room.
The facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming.

2023 Update: I saw Nina for a gel manicure. Such an amazing experience! The staff at Sea Spa are extremely personable and professional. Nina called herself a perfectionist and I think the quality of her work speaks for itself.

I booked a 90 minute massage and a 50 minute Osea facial while on vacation this week. The spa is beautiful and follows the style of Congress Hall - yet the spa area is quiet and private - away from the hotel and Tommy’s Folly. The Women's changing room was well equipped with anything you could possibly need and the steam shower was amazing. The massage and facial services were both fantastic! I got to pick my choice of music and the therapists were wonderful. I would definitely definitely book here again. Laurie did my massage and targeted the exact areas I requested - the CBD cream was a great bonus! Laurie adapted pressure to my liking and was so welcoming - it really was an awesome massage. Tammy was my aesthetician and I highly recommend her too. My skin was glowing all day and even now still looks wonderful. Best vacation day by far! Thank you Laurie and Tammy!

My husband and I came in for massages and really enjoyed our experience. We saw Jamie & Dana. They did such a great job! The pressure was enough to work out our tension but not so much that we were sore afterwards. Also, I got a prenatal massage and it was the first place I've been to that had the actual maternity pillows so I could lay face down (what a game changer: so comfy).

A less than cordial welcome upon arrival from an overwhelmed staff member was soon forgotten. Our facial and massage therapists offered a warm welcome and offered excellent treatments. Would highly recommend this spa to soothe your soul.

I had a deep tissue massage from Suzanne and it was the BEST massage I've ever had. She did an excellent job, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

We stay at Congress Hall often but have never tried the spa, until our most recent trip. The massage therapist (deep tissue), Steph, was phenomenal. I highly recommend her!

Everyone was friendly, professional and pleasant. Amber gave me a wonderful facial and I felt amazing after.

Had a facial with Kim (70 min classic) and it was fantastic! Facility is lovely and Kim did a great job.

My wife really enjoyed her experience at the Sea Spa. Staff was friendly and professional, spa was clean and welcoming.
