I know this young lady is going to be an attorney but it's hard to find such a good employee like her.

Jasmine was most helpful and very informative. I joined by opening a checking and savings accounts. The whole staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff (2) was friendly, but more importantly, they knew their products. I came in to rest my password, and left with CD, and paid off my 24% credit card. They helped streamline my debt.

I was helped by April Hall who was very thorough and took her time to explain everything that was being done in reference to y IRA account.

I went in looking to open a new account before moving out of state. I really needed a credit union to help me manage everything being all over the place with branch sharing. Jasmin is fantastic. She explained everything to me and went out of her way to ensure the credit union by where I'm moving will work well with American Heritage.

She helped me with everything, but what made more of an impact is that she gave very personalized service. She treated me like an individual and with a lot of respect. She is very professional and trustworthy and then at the same time is so down to earth, fun, and kind. She made a great impression on me and made me confident in starting out here. Everyone in the office and Claudette on the ATM was so nice and friendly

We had an amazing experience opening a new account and getting an auto loan. Branch Manager Warren greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and set us up with Angel for our needs. They were super friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this bank!

American federal credit union in Cherry Hill is great. The assistant branch manager, Kim Young was phenomenal. She helped my wife and I with numerous accounts, answered any and all questions we had. She was great to work with and thanks to her we will be using American Federal for all our banking from here on out

My experience at this cherry hill branch was phenomenal. I was greeted by Jasmin with a beautiful smile coming in the door.. I came in on a humbug to open up an account.

Even their manager came over while I was waiting. Great conversation, the whole office is awesome. If I lived in New Jersey I would definitely come to this branch because of the excellent service that was provided even by the teller that was on the screen

Jasmine at the cherry hill branch was sooo knowledgeable about you available loans and available accounts.
She was also such a nice person the deal and talk with.
In addition Kim Young From Pa branch wal also very knowledgeable as well and easy to deal with.
It was an awesome experience for my wife and I as well as easy to get all our needs handle in 1 stop.

Top Notch Service with a smile!

I had a bit of trouble with the clunky online application process and was unsure whether I could even open an account because of AMHFCU member requirements, so I decided to meet with an actual human at this location, and I’m so glad I did! I worked with Koko, had all my questions answered easily, and had really pleasant conversation throughout. Credit unions are the way to go, and I love the Shared Branches option.

I am impressed with everyone at the Cherry Hill branch. They are professional, knowledgeable & personable. They provided me with all of the information I needed to make a well informed decision. I associate they way they accommodated my needs with compassion. I truly enjoyed dealing with the representatives at Cherry Hill. I recommend them to everybody.

Loved it! The women working there, especially Samira Allen, sorted everything out and helped us to understand what we didn’t know. They were also very lively, which is a wonderful change from your typical boring banking experience. It was also very clean in there!
