Every parent wants to feel comfortable when it comes to getting their children’s ears pierced. Terell is very professional, down to earth, thorough and made us feel 100% comfortable throughout the process. He made sure the ears were even & made sure we were okay before he placed the earrings. They were placed perfectly. He pierced both of our kids ears so fast, I was surprised at how fast he did both of our children. Before leaving he made sure to answer any questions we had & also reminded us of the aftercare we needed to do. Thanks so much Terell!! I highly recommend this location & Terell.

I went today!! It was an amazing experience and the person that helped me- forgive me I forget her name but it was around 3:15-3:20. She was incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable and piercings are so perfect.

I got my ears pierced! Danielle is the store manager at Banter. She did such an amazing job explaining to me the after care of my purchase. She also set up an appointment for me in 6 months to check on my ear piercing

I had a good experience yesterday, when I went for my 7 month old baby to get her ear pierced. The lady who took care of us was really friendly, patient and had done a good job.
My baby only cried the first 5 minutes, then she was good to go and shes been good since then. That's because the job was done corrently.
