Barbara from the Polished Plate is a masterclass in customer service. I tried placing an online order during the holiday weekend and unfortunately had issues completing the purchase. Barbara not only responded during the holiday but she was very helpful and responsive in helping me once the store opened to place my order over the phone. Items were safely packaged and arrived quickly. Amazing service and products.

From the moment we met, until the week after my wedding, Barbara made the process seamless and easy. She kept me updated with the inventory, and delivered purchased gifts to my house! Barbara (the owner) not only has great taste, but is completely knowledgeable about all of the product lines she carries which makes for an easy shopping experience. I bought two pewter cups here as newborn baby gifts. The owner was extremely helpful and made suggestions regarding the engraving. The cups were ready faster than I had anticipated, and they are beautiful! This shop is highly recommended!
