Eli was fantastic to work with. I came in with my own financing, no pressure from the beginning until I drove off the lot. This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Eli was a pleasure to work with - by far my best car-buying experience to date. I came prepared with my own funding. Eli didn't stand over my shoulder for one second or employ any pushy sales tactics and let the car sell itself. Khader is the best salesman available here. He will go above and beyond to provide you with what you need regarding the vehicle. Carfax reports, more insight, and he even let me get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. They pulled the car out of the showroom for testing/inspection. He will not judge if you a young kid like me wanting to look/purchase vehicles. He treats everyone like they are there to buy a car. I’m a young guy, and the first salesman thought I was there to fool around, but as soon as I spoke to another salesman, “Khader,” he helped me from there and throughout the whole process. This was a great experience! Eli let me look over and drive the car in privacy. He was also happy to have it inspected by a third party. When all was said and done, I bought a good car for a fair price. The dealer fees aren't even that bad, less than $500. When I found a brake issue in the inspection, they immediately offered to fix it before selling it to me, so I know I'm getting a safe car when I leave the lot. Overall, as a single woman, I felt comfortable and respected throughout my time at the dealership, particularly when working with Eli.

Eli and his team were great. We found the car on Carfsx, called that morning, and they had it ready for us when we got there. They gave us great trade-in value for our older model Jeep and helped us through to an easy car payment. They even managed all of the title and paperwork for us. Cannot recommend them enough!

My experience with J and S Autohaus was the best I could have asked for. From the start, I let them know my interest in seeing a car and they had it ready and waiting for me to test drive the same day. I was also given an agent’s direct number to call/text in case I had any questions. The financing process was explained clearly to me and my agent Khader went above and beyond to help me with the process and answer any questions I had. There was no shadiness, hidden fees, or undisclosed problems with my car. I was also informed that the cars sold there are trustworthy and go through an inspection process and are guaranteed to pass New Jersey inspection. They also offered to pay for a cosmetic change that I pointed out, and overall went above and beyond to provide the best experience and service to their customers.

Saw Vehicle on line at J & S, e-mailed and was contacted by Eli on sales staff. Spoke with Eli by phone & I came in to test drive vehicle. After driving QX60 , I really like car , but had some issues with price & some defects on car. Eli worked with me on the price & got it down to a price I thought was great. Then the several issues with missing interior controls & paint condition , Eli assured me he would take care of when I returned with payment for Vehicle . Well to my surprise EVERYTHING was fixed and car looked beautiful, like showroom new. I am not used to Great service like this , probably the best car buying experience I ever had. Great experience working with Eli! I inquired about a 2020 QX60 and these guys were on the ball from the start. They set clear and honest expectations and followed through on every request for info I had. I was able to drive 5 hours from Boston and complete the deal with no hiccups or issues of any kind at all. I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is frustrated with the other industry bad actors.

I purchased a car from Eli at J&S and I never had a better experience purchasing a car. I found the car I liked online, went to the shop and was in and out in probably less than an hour. The price they had listed on the website was much less than the price they had stickered on the car. Eli gave me the discounted price and did not try to add on any hidden fees. The next day I noticed a minor issue with the car, so I called Eli. He had me bring the car in the next day and it was fixed, free of charge. Highly recommend Eli at J&S Autohaus!

My son bought his first car here and despite a few minor issues, this dealership took care of everything. Our experience was so good I brought my husband here to buy his business van. We purchased the van from Eli and he was absolutely amazing! My husband came with his preapproval but Eli was able to secure a better rate from another bank. I’d highly recommend this dealership.
