Hands down best sneaker store in Philly one ofy new favs. I scored a pair of Jordan 1 sails so I was happy . I'll be visiting lapstone every time I'm in Philly.

I'm from out of town, but I've been to this store a handful of times. They have a nice selection of sneakers and helpful staff. I ordered something online from them and unfortunately there was an error with their online stock versus their in-store stock. Although the item I paid for was out-of-stock, an employee, Andrew, from their online store went above and beyond in helping me ameliorate the issue. Aside from this little issue, which was quickly fixed with Andrew's help, I have had mostly positive experiences here.

I'm new to the area and I stumbled upon L&H's website recently. I couldn't get over the amazing selection of clothing and sneakers they have! I ordered a pair of sneakers the same day I found their website, and the process was quick and easy. I ran into a bit of a snag, but Andrew contacted me with the quicknes and solved my issue within minutes. He was incredibly courteous and professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. And, my kicks arrived in just a few days! Their selection and customer service are phenomenal and Andrew is 🔥. I can't wait to visit L&H in person!

Hell yeah. It had been +1.5 years since I had stepped foot into L&H. My younger brother went to purchase some bracelets, at the time.

The layout is simple: accessories, sneakers, clothing. Very streamline. Easy, efficient. I don't usually sneaker shop in-store(s) as my size either sells quickly, or just isn't carried. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by "Sham (she deemed this fit as her nickname)." She was very patient, and informative of the brands I inquired about.

If you're in the area, give them a visit. You won't know until you go.

I was at the store today on 6/24/21. Picking up a in store raffle win. The staff ; Ben,Alex, Sam and another person (sorry for butchering names) 3 gentlemen and a lady who really performed above and beyond service expectations. Friendly,kind and professional. The store was almost closed and they made sure I got the highly desired kicks before I left town for the shore, even though they were busy setting up a private event (that looked insanely dope) some super cool sushi vibe (who knew they did that?!?!). Excellent all the way around. Gold standard service. Highly recommend

Had a friend of the owners mention Lapstone and Hammer to me and I happened to see the store while walking down chestnut and stopped in. Wow! How didn’t I know of this place before now?! Amazing store, amazing products, amazing staff……much more then a sneaker store that’s for sure. I will be shopping here from now on

Went today for a sneaker release with my son. There was a guy (curly hair) who was very pleasant! He engaged with us who were standing in line. The line was very organized except for one individual who wanted to cut the line. The guy spoke with the individual in a calm cool way that was non- confrontational, which in turn put the guy back in his correct spot, allowing for a peaceful, orderly, fair purchasing experience.

I made a purchase that didn’t fit. They accepted and processed my refund very promptly. When it came time to reorder I wanted to avoid the possibility of repeating the improper fit. Without even asking Andrew took the initiative to facilitate my in store experience without a hitch. This is customer service, attention to detail and buyer experience at an unparalleled level in today’s mass produced for the lowest common denominator environment.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 5/12, delivered on 5/13. Quick shipping. Pleasant experience, for me at least.

The layout and refined interior textures are well thought out at this sneaker shop/boutique. The ambiance gives the feel of a high end seasoned tailor shop.

The associates are kind and ready to assist with the right balance of pro active service and space to allow for customer's autonomy.

Great collection of name brand new releases as well as high end clothes and sneakers. On top of that the interior design is incredible. They also have some very fair and winnable raffles compared to some of the other shoe stores in the city.

My son was recommended to go for finding Custom Nikes and he loved this place. He bought few pairs of Nikes for himself and his brother and his girlfriend for Christmas prices are reasonable they have cool stuff. The girl who was helping my son was really sweet.
