Justine's Rejuvenating Facials

What a great facial! Justine was informative, warm, and I set up another facial because of the great experience. I also got a lash lift and am in love with the results. Glad I found Justine, she is my new skin care go to.

I have been going to Justine for about 2 years now for all of my beauty needs. Specifically, I go to Justine for my lashes. I always get compliments on my lashes, for those who can tell ;)

Justine always has a great attitude and makes me feel at home. She is personable and makes you feel comfortable while you’re in her space.

She goes above and beyond and will do all she can to ensure you have a great experience. I would highly recommend Justine to anyone looking for an esthetician you can trust and for whom you plan on seeing frequently.

I love Justine’s facials, I went around Valentines and it was my first facial. It was amazing, like a full on neck, shoulder, and scalp massage included and soooo relaxing. I also had my lashes lifted which is definitely worth the money cuz it lasts a good 60 days. I bought her eyelash serum and gave it a try that night but had an allergic reaction to it and she took it back no problem 😀. She is very professional and her place is really peaceful and relaxing 😌

It was an amazing experience. Justine did my first facial, and definitely not my last. Very calming, and the environment is very soothing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Went in today for a lash perm and tint. Justine was very welcoming and sweet. Had a great time, very relaxing and comfortable during the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

If your looking for a laid back, relaxed atmosphere to unwind and get a peace of mind this is it. Super clean Shop and Justina is the best at what she does! I recommend 10/10 you won’t be disappointed!

If you are going to get a facial this is the only place to go. I absolutely love Love it her prices are really fair. Her work is outstanding.

I do want to start out by saying that Justine does a truly excellent job with eyelash extensions. They look beautiful and really last longer than extensions I have had elsewhere. Because of this, I would have otherwise given her a higher rating. However, today I was so shocked by what happened. I arrived on time, but because I had come from another outing, I needed to first remove my makeup. Here is how our conversation went:

Justine: You're wearing mascara?
Me: Just on my natural lashes.
Justine: So, this is a full set. [meaning, of course, that I would pay full price.]
Me: I guess so...I was hoping to come in sooner, but this was the first opening you had for me to come in.

A little background: I had been in 5 weeks before, and we had set up this appointment for a fill at that time. I'm sure we both knew I wouldn't have many lashes left at this point! I had asked her at the time to put me on a waiting list in case of cancellations. At that time, she had NOT said anything like, "Well, I will of course need to charge you for a whole new set."

So, you can see how I had hoped that maybe she would give me some type of discount or compromise. But, I also went in realizing that she might not. So, when she said it would be full price, I didn't at all try to argue it. I just "OK" and went to the bathroom to clean my make up off.

Well, Justine has a very loud voice. As I was in the bathroom, I heard her very clearly talking to someone, recounting the conversation we had just had, and using a mocking voice--as though I were an outrageous idiot--when she was telling them what I had said. And I can hardly believe it, but I think I actually heard her refer to me with the "B" word--and believe me, I completely did not deserve that AT ALL. I didn't even argue the price with her, though I was disappointed, because I knew that this might be the case. Anyway, it was shocking to me that a business owner would be so rude!

When I came out of the bathroom, she was all smiles as if everything was fine. It was such a weird experience, and I am so amazed that she must not have realized I heard everything she said.

Again, all this said, the eyelashes are beautiful, and she does a fine job. So, if that's all that matters, it's not a bad choice to go to her, but I will of course not return.

Worst salon experience. Don't get your eye lashes done here! Especially not for a wedding or special occasion. Extremely cheap and fake looking. Go to Salon Volume in Clackamas so much more natural and beautiful.
