Kris who works here is always awesome and helpful. I can ask as many questions as I need to and I never feel like Kris is bothered by this. Kris makes toy shopping so fun and takes the awkwardness of toy shopping away. I couldn't ask for a better sales person when toy shopping. So to the owners thank you for having such a great employee as Kris to help your customers. You should totally give Kris a raise. This is my favorite place to go for new toys because of the great service I always receive from Kris!

I REALLY love the layout of the arcade. It’s a rather good use of the square footage back there, offering customers multiple options , especially in the centrally located booths you can see through 3 booths at the correct angle. The staff has been consistently friendly or at least cordial, which sadly cannot be said about some of their competitors.

I would really love to thank whoever turned my prescription eyeglasses into the lost and found. I owe you one and I hope to express my gratitude one day. 😈

The videos aren’t too bad and fairly diverse content-wise… the fact that there are comfortable accommodations for both alone and accompanied film enjoyment is really nice! Their theater could use some improvements as the seating is uncomfortable and outnumbers the patrons 10:1 it seems, at least when I have been there.

Some day I would love to be around when they are super busy, as this is truly very much like the arcades I remember visiting in the Portland area 25 or so years ago..

Impressive prices on some of their merchandise, which is abundant but not overly crammed everywhere to the point where you can’t see anything at all like some places. A hint to competitors… if one isn’t selling, having 10 out on the floor won’t sell more. ;)

Rachel was so nice, and so helpful. She’s very bubbly, and made my boyfriend and I feel super comfortable while we shopped. She’s very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We found everything we wanted, and we will be back again. 10/10 service. She even helped us over the phone when we got home and had more questions. Thank you Rachel for all your help.

Good variety, wonderful staff! They are very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Only time I've ever seen them be "rude" to someone is if they are stealing or have stolen in the past. So as long as you plan to actually pay for what you want it's a good place for you! Decent prices too. 😊

Super polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Both times I’ve gone in I’ve had amazing service from one of the women who work there! She always recommends the best lubricants, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visits! I highly suggest going here for your first sex shop experience. They also do special ordering on ALL SORTS of different products, which I didn’t find out until recently! Wonderful shop!

As a first time adult shopper. Rachael and Reed were very accommodating to my many questions. I left the store well informed and confident in my purchase.

Enter through the front door and you find a pretty warm and inviting store with a knowledgeable staff. My girl and I went looking for a few toys and got some great recommendations. Cassie knows her stuff. Great selection of Trans movies too, if that's your thing .

I went in unsure of what I wanted. River was so nice and very knowledgeable of all products. They went above and beyond and were super patient with my indecisive self. By the end of our conversation, I was so informed I purchased the “Addiction Party Marty”. I immediately went home and got familiar with my new friend. I must say, I highly suggest this store and product. Customer service is great. Store is fantastic, organized, and clean.

Wasn't comfortable 1st time I went in but Jason and his staff made me feel right at home very quickly. My husband and I are now regular visitors thanks for a great experience.

Titan at the front desk is incredibly helpful and quick. You should never feel uncomfortable asking them any questions you might have about products or the facility itself.
