Barb showed us a variety of couch and recliner options. She was very friendly, professional and took time to answer all of our questions, in addition to demonstrating operations of same.
Prices are good, especially when the discounts are applied.
We have purchased from Ashley in the past and were very pleased with the products, service and service after the sale.

Angel was so helpful and made sure I got the exact item I wanted! He was SO sincere and didn’t try to “sell me” on something expensive or extra. Angel was super knowledgeable about Ashley’s product offering and knew exactly which pieces were in the color I wanted! I would definitely go back.

Overall, this was such an approachable experience to buying furniture and I’m really glad Angel was able to help me find what I needed, within my budget!

Ashley has such a great selection of furniture, with reasonable prices. Angel was AWESOME! He really went out of his way to make sure I got exact what I wanted, and he over explained everything and made sure I was happy with my decision. Will definitely be back!

My partner & I came into the store to look around as we are planing to move soon. Immediately we were greeted by the most amazing, kindhearted and patient woman, Miss Vicky; Whom also might I add, provided a FLAWLESS experience for us. From the start until the end of the transaction, she made sure we were 1000% certain with things and didn’t pressure us into accepting anything less than what we loved. It felt as if we were talking to a family member during the entire encounter. I would recommend Miss Vicky in this lifetime and the next as she embodies what it means to go above and beyond! Mattina Davies was a wonderful sales lady. She was very patient and had excellent knowledge of what was in the store. She had good suggestions to share. She didn’t pressure us but had an upbeat personality. We felt she really cared about our satisfaction. We always shop at Ashley’s for all our furniture and Mattina helped make today’s shopping experience excellent.

Angel D. Was the absolute best! Each piece I brought he thoroughly went through it with me. From stitching of fabric to price and comfort! He was very informative and educated on any furniture I pointed to. Very patient! Like the first sentence, HE WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Ask for him when you get there! But I do have to say the Ashley store team at this location makes you feel welcome and acknowledged.

Deal of the Century!: made a visit to Ashley’s hoping to find an affordable accent cabinet and left with the deal of the century- a piece of furniture much larger - just as affordable and much more functional than I could have planned. Ben was so supportive and friendly, as was everyone in the store! I just love a great shopping experience; today it was at Ashley’s!

Got 3 seated recliner sofa for a great deal on presidents day. Staff are very friendly.
Barbara explained us very well about all types of recliners and their differences.

Had such a wonderful experience this week. The sales associate, Angel, was unbelievably knowledgeable, kind, patient, and funny! He rolled with all the punches we threw at him and was looking out for my best interest. The associate who took my payment, Collin, was also an absolute gem- personable, warm, polite, and so friendly. They made a big purchase feel much more comfortable!

Angel from the Cherry Hill store gave me great service. Walked around the whole store with me stopping at each couch that fit the description that I was looking for. Very good customer service all around. Would recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered on time and the set up was very fast. My sales lady was very professional and friendly, this set was on back order for a long time due to Covid, but I must say it was worth the wait!!

I was assisted by Angel from the Cherry Hill location. He was very knowledgeable, patience and answered all of my questions. Angel even followed up after the initial visit. I walked in not having any idea of what I needed and walked out feeling confident on how I’d complete my new space!
