When I walked in I was immediately greeted from a floor associate. Went to the kids section and asked a man for help , not so pleasant. In the kids clothes section was Tracy and she changed my experience back to a good one. She went above and beyond to help me with any opportunity for coupons and signed me up for the rewards program. She was very kind.

Brandy was super helpful and sweet, I fell in love with a pair of black boots but could only find two lefts shoes in my size. Im only a size 5 so it’s pretty hard to find something cute, she spent over a week looking for them and held them for me after calling to let me know she found them. She’s such a queen!!! love her

I was in Macy’s looking for a men’s cologne I couldn’t find elsewhere. I was greeted happily by Lori Miller who delivered the best customer service I have experienced in several years. She was cheerful, polite, helpful and kind. She went above and beyond in helping me. She went to look for the cologne in the back as it was not in the display cabinet and asked if I would like a box & bow which I assumed she would send home for me to wrap myself but instead proceeded to wrap herself so nicely with some additional samples inside.

Macy's is a great store. Easily found 2 new style'n purses for my wife. Unfortunately they didn't have a very specific pair of dress shoes by Daniel Lepori. The hunt continues..

Came here about a few weeks to browse and it’s a very nice Macys with a great selection of clothes and beauty products. Very clean and well organized, there’s 2-3 levels so there’s a lot to see in the store. Would definitely come back to make a purchase in the future.

Gotta give a big shout out for an old brick and mortar store. They actually have customer service representatives that are both helpful and attentive. Truly unlike most stores I've been in lately.

This has been our go-to department store for years when we need clothes or home goods. Since we have the Macy's card, we can count on getting discounts. Plus, most items are on sale. We found a decent selection of men's casual and business casual wear and home goods. On this visit, the sales people were friendly and helpful. Their women's shoe department has a new, improved system to reduce the wait to try on shoes.

It was my first time shipping @Macys Cherry Hill mall . I was looking to get perfumes for my mother and she loves Chanel anything. I meet Jolanta from Chanel at the fragrance counter and she was amazing! The knowledge and her sweetness was amazing.She helped me with picking the right perfume for my mom .I will definitely go back to Jolanta again .
