Had James and team come out to check out the roof over our kitchen that had been leaking. They came out super fast, quickly determined what was needed, provided an estimate and were back the very next morning to repair and seal the roof. The team was professional and efficient and the roof turned out great. Very reasonable pricing, high quality work and great customer service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

S&V Roofing was very professional and got the job done in good time. James provided before and after pictures. None of the other roofers who quoted showed me before pictures btw. Also made sure to show me the actual materials he used to coat my roof. I received 3 price quotes for repair needed. S&V was slightly more expensive but after checking the pricing on the materials he used I was able to justify paying the slightly higher price. I would recommend S&V to anyone who asks.

Jimmy & team came highly recommend and he did not disappoint! He fixed our roof twice and each time did a fantastic job. Jimmy is communicative and very fair. He takes his work seriously and is very thorough. I would highly recommend him to any of your future roofing needs.

I had a great experience with James and S&V. When I first inquired they called back quickly, and provided details as to why they quoted what they did. They also provided the brands of the materials they’d use so I could do my own research on the products. They arrived on time, and provided before and after photos of my roof. I thought they were easy to work with, and after they worked on my roof I haven’t had any issues when it rains.

Amazing experience hiring James and S&V Roofing for our house. We had some signs of water infiltration, so I called James and he was at our house a couple hours later to inspect the roof. He took a ton of pictures and explained everything in a very down to earth and trustworthy way. He was able to fit us in that same week before another big rain came to seal up the roof. Received a recommendation for S&V Roofing from a friend. I had a leak in my roof. James came out, gave me an honest assessment and a great deal. My roof was fixed within a week. He sent me lots of pictures of the work and pictures of the materials he used. The work crew was great, would highly recommend James and his crew.

Had a great experience this week with James at S&V roofing. Our fiberglass deck developed some cracks and water leaked into our ceiling below after a big storm. He was able to come the next day to patch the cracks and also any other vulnerable areas. Very communicative as well. He followed up after the next rain to make sure we did not have issues. He also have recommendations for when we are ready for a more permanent solution. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jim from S&V Roofing was great to work with. He explained his approach and the product he uses. Jim and his crew were very professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. Jim shared lots of photos of the before and after of our roof. Everything looks tightly sealed. Jim followed up with us when we had the next rain just to make sure everything was all set. James worked very efficient and fast. He quoted on Wednesday and fixed my roof the next day while I was at work. He communicated well and often. I would definitely recommend him.

I had an emergency leak into a bedroom through the skylight and James responded to my request immediately and was able to fix the problem early the next day! He is prompt, reliable and hard working. Highly recommend!!

Price was fair and work was good .

They were great until they weren’t. Had a leak in my roof and they came out same day to check it out. Said that they could patch it and see if that worked. Still leaked so they came back to redo the whole roof. Still leaked, said they’d come back the following week to fix it. They have told me they’re coming back but every week it just gets pushed, this has been happening since early March (I.e. 2+ months). Finally just gave up and will be finding a new roofer to fix the leak. Still have the same leak as when I started.
