ACME Markets

Reliable Acme store on Passyunk Ave and 11th street. LARGE parking lot that always has available parking near the front of the store. Wide selection of groceries, along with Beer and Wine. Store is usually well stocked. Service is friendly and quick. Can be slightly crowded on evenings in the beginning of the work week, but other than that it is always a quick in and out. Prices are above average for grocery stores but they do have good deals most times on certain items.

I was impressed with the Acme on 1400 Passyunk Avenue. It’s a lovely supermarket with great produce as well as a great selection of everything from kosher for Passover products to pasta! It seems to be the only large supermarket in this neighborhood!

Carrot cake is good. The carrot cake looked good before I bought the cake. I usually have a Pepsi with any cake because I get a sense of euphoria out of eating cake and drinking Pepsi. I feel like I am on cloud 9 with this carrot cake and pepsi

Yo! Whomever made the outstanding command decision to use a box or hand towels, bottle of soap, and a fan- you DID THE RIGHT THING! I've been a lot of places done a lot of things as we all have. And mostly the bathroom is what fails. But someone did the right thing here I gottasay. What a great job!!! Clean clean clean!!!! Yeah! ...if you been in the filthy I been- my excitement at a good toilet wouldn't surprise. The rest of the store is stocked and exceeds standard. But the bano went above and beyond the beyond!! And yeah- it fails sometimes. All toilets do. But this one never let's down. Came here for hamburger and paper towels and ended up leaving a review for the bathroom but it was worth the typing of the letters. Someone made the right call and as a management specialist I really appreciate that.

A little expensive bit convenient. With that being said, I will say lately they haven’t had much stock at all on all items in Woodstock. They did have their prices. Were double to triple.

I enjoy this Market. If you enjoy fresh Deli meats, do yourself a favor & try the Store cooked Turkey & thank me later. 💋

My wife and I have shopped at Acme all our lives. The market at 10th and Reed is very nice. Always great selection, the same brand name products I've been enjoying since childhood and I'm now sixty two years young. Employees are hospitable and helpful and the premises are always clean even the rest room. With the addition of the wine and beer section,this super market provides One Stop Shopping!

I love acme. And I really love acme cake. It's the best! Just make sure you use the app, bc the coupons you get are based on what you buy. You can always do well at acme.

I was in this store looking for chopped onions. Didn't see any in the produce aisle. I asked an employee named Tara if there were any. She said no but she could make me some. I didn't think she would but she did. She went above and beyond to help me on Monday. Very thankful for employees like this who are willing to help a customer. I shop everyday here and always have a pleasant experience, staff is always very friendly and are the same people who have been employed there for many years! Customer service is excellent, cashiers very courteous and store is very clean. Good produce and lunch meats, meats always fresh and prices mostly the same as Shop Rite except on their yogurts !

Looks fantastic after the recent remodel. Thank GOD they have self checkout now AND a beer section! Acme is often more expensive than other area grocery stores, but now it may be worth it. It is a well laid out store and everything is easy to find.

Excellent as always. Super clean, exceptionally stocked store that makes you wanna stay in store shopping and eating all day. The area to sit and eat ,along with their wine and beer selection makes ACME and outstanding place to add hop and just hang out with your adult friends

They have everything that I was looking for. The staff is very cordial and responsive. Our go-to store!

Maybe some don't go to the Acme because it's smaller. In fact it's one of the reasons I go. It's got more of a small-town feel and the layout is real easy to navigate. I can get in and out quickly if I like and most of the people are pretty friendly.

Awesome store but pricey on certain items. paper goods or anything that is not food is seriously overpriced. And some of the food is pretty expensive as well. But they are well stocked and have a very good variety of items. Their fresh fish counter is excellent

Great selection of groceries and household items. If you want some Eagles gear, this is the place to check first, much cheaper than the pro shops. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Prices are good if you hunt for their sales. Their chicken is marked up, but if you catch their 2 for 1 sales the price competes well with other local places. Store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great and nicely maintained ACME. I used to be employed by ACME years ago and that didn't work out too well, a Manager screamed at me when I cut my finger on a slicer... I told her that I didn't mean to inconvenience her by injuring myself, but that didn't seem to assuage her anger... I later quit, and my cut healed. They have GREAT fried chicken!

Generally a good selection of items. The staff are kind and helpful. Only paper bags now so I would suggest bringing your own bags when you go.
