I would do 2 separate reviews if I could (the other being 1 star) but I’m going to give just one review of 5 stars because Jenairy was beyond amazing. Her energy with each and every customer before myself and also including myself was top tier.

Before heading to checkout and receiving amazing service and energy from Jenaity, I was ignored the entire time I was in the store and had to ask someone for help. The lady I asked for help (who had green hair) didn’t seem too friendly and I instantly regret even asking her anything.. with having had been a manager in retail for 5+ years I could sense her negative energy right away..

I got in line already expecting to leave a 1 star review until Jenairy flipped my entire experience around and made me completely forget about the poor customer service I received from the green haired girl and others working throughout the makeup department.

Jenairy represents the exact type of culture and diversity that the Cherry Hill Ulta needs, if it wasn’t for her I probably would never come back to this low vibrational location.

Millie did an amazing job with my brows. I am very particular when it comes to how they are shaped because sometimes they can look boxy. She helped to shape them and give them some definition. Definitely will only let her do my brows from now on.

I was in a wedding party on the grooms side recently and wanted to get my makeup done. I booked an appointment with Mary for my first ever makeup application. I went in with an idea of how I wanted it to look but no photo or reference. Well she absolutely nailed it. She really took her time and made me feel really comfortable ( and kinda sleepy because it was so relaxing). Thank you Mary for making me feel fabulous!

Jay is amazing!!!! So talented, calm and gracious. I felt so pampered and my hair has never looked this good! My friend also got her hair done by Jay right after me and she also got the same amazing treatment with her hair looking beautiful as well! It was our first time going to the Ulta hair salon but thank you so much to Jay and we’ll definitely be back.

I scheduled a hair cut today with J. Wow...what a wonderful experience. J was cordial, friendly, and talented. I was made to feel at ease and I was offered the utmost care and consideration. I have been searching for a new stylist for the past year and feel that I have found the best!

Millie did an amazing job on my brows! She took her time and listened to my concerns. I like my brows to be fluffy and thick and she did just that!!

Kayla did my cut and color and it turned out great! Then she did my extensions and I'm blown away by how they turned out and how much my confidence went up. She's a great people person and she's awesome at her job. She puts everything into it and you can tell she really does care

I received help in the make up section by Dani. She did incredible job with helping me with concealer and lipstick color. She even gave me tips on makeup. Highly recommend

I'm a single Dad of 2 teenage daughters so you already know I don't know how to do hair. 🤣🤣. I've been bringing my daughters here to get their hair done for a few years now and Ky,, their hairdresser, is amazing. Their hair is always whipped when we leave there. Ky does great work. As long as I live in Jersey, Ky will be the one who does my girl's hair.

I went for my first cut/color since the pandemic started. I was a little nervous but Ulta did an amazing job with sanitizing everything and social distancing. That made me feel much better about everything. They have markers on the floor to keep distancing throughout the store and they the plexiglass shields up at the registers. Now, Rosa in the salon is the BEST!!!! She has been doing my hair for several years and you cannot ask for a better stylist!! I got a cut and color because my hair was looking like a hot mess during the quarantine!!! I went in with pictures of different cuts and colors and she worked with me with which would work best with my hair texture and thickness. I walked out of Ulta again with a big huge grin on my face!! She did a great job and I couldn't be happier!!! I highly recommend her at the Cherry Hill Ulta!!!!

Jay in the salon department is the BEST. He is a wonderful employee and a wonderful person. You can tell he loves what he does and will listen to exactly what you’re looking to get done.

The girls that work in this store are amazing! They helped me so much last night as I was trying to buy the right products to help me look perfect on my wedding day! I wish I took down their names because all 3 of them were absolutely fantastic! I'm telling everyone I know to go to this store! Thank you ladies, all of your suggestions were perfect!
