Horrorable office! The phone system they have is awful. Called and tried to get a blood pressure medicine refill appointment for 3 weeks. When we couldn't make it into the office I called to reschedule and never got through, for days. Left countless messages every day, almost on the hour. And when I got through this morning a very rude receptionist put me on hold for 15 minutes! Oh, and they medically bill you incorrectly to make money. Reported them to my insurance company 3 times now. January 1st switching dr and will never use Jefferson again.
