Liv was knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. Great experience! Beware of their return policy though! You can only exchange or get a store credit. Be sure what you buy is what you really want. Understandable. I wouldn’t want to buy glasses someone already wore over a week and returned.

I ran into Shades quickly as my sister picked up some amazing frames there while we all vacationed in Cape May this week. Liv assisted me on Friday evening and was fantastic, funny and helpful. Liv helped me decide between polarized and fashion glasses and joked about me getting my “Barbie girl on”. Needless to say, I walked out with both pairs of shades and a whole lot of respect for this individual who works hard, cares for the customer, & keeps it fun! Thanks for the great experience, Liv! After purchasing a fresh pair of sunglasses, not from shades, I was distraught after discovering that the brand sticker placed on the lens left adhesive residue. My mojo was destroyed. I no longer felt like the freshest guy in Cape May. I could not bare the thought of continuing my walk with these non fresh glasses. No matter how much I used my cotton shirt to abolish the ungodly residue, even with all my might, it persist. On the verge of losing all hope, I gazed into the distance. Looking down the Washington street mall, as if a beam of light paved the way, I saw "Shades". Defeated by the residue left on my glasses I walked over looking for a savior. That is where I encountered a powerful "Shades" sales associate by the name of Liv. Liv saw the pain in my eyes that could only be hidden with some fresh shades. unfortunately for me, my shades were not fresh. At that moment Liv took my non fresh shades and made them fresh. By using her extensive knowledge of sunglasses she eradicated the devious residue. I will forever be grateful for her actions as I continued my day feeling fresh.

Great customer service from Nick. After he helped me pick a new pair of RayBans he offered to tighten up my old pair which were sliding down my nose as the arms had loosened up. I hadn't even bought that pair there. He definitely earned my business.
