Scheduling appointment went well and they checked to make sure my insurance would cover my visit. I filled out paperwork on line. Very user friendly. Front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Lakesha was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She took panoramic views and individual X-rays of my teeth. Dr Carr, my dentist was friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well. My Dental Hygienist Ariel did a great job cleaning my teeth. No pain experienced which means a lot to me. Thank you to every involved in my care

Monica was very nice and a through dental assistant on April 18th. I got to 'checkout' and they happened to have a cancelation just occur for the next day for a necessary cleaning. I came in on 19th and Ariel was the hygienist. I have never had a hygienist break down so much knowledge about teeth and gums!! She answered ALL of my //many// questions! She also said she could tell from my teeth that I have good genes! I'm not sure how she can tell that, but she made my day! Very nice ppl at this business!

Taylor cleaned both my daughter and son’s teeth. My daughter is 6 and my son is 5. She made them feel so comfortable while also making what could be a terrifying experience into a fun one! My son was jumping in the seat for his turn after he watched his sister go! Thank you for such a positive dental experience! Taylor was so patient and sweet with my kids! She was also very knowledgeable!

I was a prior Patient at the Dental Solutions at the Blackwood Office. My experiences at that location was very well. Until recently, when receiving a teeth filing for a tooth. During receiving the teeth filing I had a toothache even while being numb. So I waited for a couple of days later. I still had pain, ear pain, tooth pain, my bite was off. I could feel the filing while biting down. It was the worst experience I had after getting a filing. I've never ever experienced a problem receiving a filing before. So I googled and did some research. All my symptoms matched up to me having a high filing. Which it's a good thing I contacted a dentist about this problem as soon as possible because High filings can cause many dental complications without being resolved. I decided to transfer over to Dental Solutions in Voorhees. The customer service was awesome. I received XRays to get down to the problem . The Dentist was Dr. Jay He examined my teeth, was patient and listened to my concerns. Upon his examination he noticed I did have a high filing. So me going on Google doing research paid off lol. Anyway the Dr . resolved the issue . He filed down the filing to my comfort. Now my mouth feels so much better thanks to his help. Dr Jay, also discussed with me other things i could possibly get help with for my Dental Plan.If you're reading this Dr. Jay. Special thank you for all your help. I appreciate it. 😊

Taylor was an absolutely amazing hygienist , she educated me on how to properly floss and use my electric tooth brush. She really took her time and did an amazing job. I will never go to another dental hygienist again if it’s not Taylor!!

All the workers were super nice and my procedure went smoothly. Doctor answered all my questions and made me comfortable before the procedure. Then the procedure went smoothly!! Really happy with this provider!!

Dr Jay and his staff are the best. I travel an hour and half each time because he is so gentle and kind.

I lived in NY and came to live here in NJ 4 years ago and this dentist is by far the best I've ever been too.

Very quick in and out. Thought I couldn’t get a cleaning til October but they call me back after I went to my car and got me in. Very nice atmosphere.

I have bad anxiety in dentist these guy deal with me I give them a hard time because I have a hard time when they in my mouth but guess what they are great here from front desk to the back my smile will be great again I'm almost there from nikaty

The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so helpful and genuinely want to support you with getting your needs met. The dentist I saw was kind, courteous and explained everything that was happening as did her assistant. I was 36 weeks pregnant when I was seen for a crown fitting and they could not have been more accommodating to make sure I was comfortable, got breaks if needed and supported. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful dental practice this is and that is saying a lot for someone with a crippling fear of the dentist.

Everyone in the office was friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental assistant and dentist!! The Dental Assistant taking my X-rays did an awesome job .. making me even forget at moments I was getting a full mouth series of X-rays .. it was such a smooth process.. My Dr was wonderful! Very down to earth and great chair-side manner. I highly recommend this dental office. It has a small town, and personal type of feel, with the big city benefits and experience.
