After my uncle passed I needed an attorney for his estate. I found one and 3 years later we were still where we started. I finally found Ken and within 3 months the estate was settled. He is amazing. I did not even get to talk to an attorney because the 2 ladies that answered the phone was very rude and not very helpful. 1st lady I spoke to hang up the phone, when I asked if their office participates in a legal plan ( which I am a member and not soliciting). Called soon after she hanged up and ANOTHER RUDE LADY answered. I asked whonthe first lady was and she said she dobt know and asked who I would like to speak to?! How the hell would I know who I would like to speak to if it was my first time calling! told her I did not soeak to somebody yet because the first RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL one hang up the phone...and lo and behold... 2nd lady hang up the phone too! Very unprofessional! Tone of voice was not accomodating. I dont know if they have good lawyers, goodluck if you get pass these 2 very rude persons that answers their phone!
