The Container Store

Best Container Store I've been too, this one and King of Prussia. Employees have always been helpful. My only complaint is they're usually out of stock on popular glass jars, so I'll have to buy a size up or down.

From start to finish (in store design to install) everything went smoothly. The Container Store stayed in constant contact. They communicated with me each step of the way through install. The installation was handled masterfully by Paul and Sunje. I'm excited with my new closet.

Very thankful to Michael K. for shipping 4 very hard to find baskets half-way across the country to me. He made the transaction so smooth and seamless. Excellent customer service and appreciate him going above and beyond to help me!

Tracy at this location was enormously helpful. She designed my dream closet, maximizing space and utility. She was a delight to work with.

The Container store always seems to have what we need as well as much more. I typically enter the store with a goal to buy one or two items, and an hour or more later I’ve collect three or four more products. I frequently wonder the aisles, selecting products that I think might help at home, and then taking photos of each so that I can check them when I get home. It’s useful to also capture the price tag along with dimensions. For whatever reason, I find this is more helpful than staring at their web site.

The staff members are always cheerful, knowledgeable about their products, the applicability of those products compared to your perceived needs, and the store is always spotless and shelves are well-organized, in spite of people like me that always disturb the location of items on those shelves. Stop in and get some organization in your life and relieve your storage stresses.

They have so much more than I expected! It was helpful going there instead of just surfing the net. This is a good physical store to visit

My toddler started her meltdown towards the end of my shopping experience here. The team was very patient, made my daughter feel comfortable while answering my questions. They went above and beyond in every way. (Thanks for playing imaginary tennis with her)

I love this store for containers. They also have cute little stocking stuffers, which are so cool.

Beginning to feel like I live here. 3 times in one weekend. Organizing the shoe situation in the closet and by the door and the water bottle/coffee cup and plastic situation in the island cabinet

We could barely "contain" or excitement to come here and let me tell you, it lived up to our expectations. They had great service and always think outside the box!

Ordered 4 cases of (6) show storage bins.

11 out of 24 came broken. I was so upset taking them out of the boxes with no covers on the fronts and seeing them in the box cracked chipped and broken.

Called customer care and they quickly offered to send out two replacement boxes immediately!!!!

I was so scared I would have to find a way to fit these broken bins in my car and drive to a store to exchange them with a baby but they were so awesome !

This place is my new favorite store... From the second I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful!!!! I have told all my family and friends and will be going back they have so many different options and a bunch of examples of things you can do!!!!!!

A fantastic process start to finish! From the friendly staff who answered the phone, to the fabulous Janet who re-designed my 3 closets to Luca who did an excellent installation, I am so pleased with everything. For 20 years I've tried to efficiently use these spaces. I've had 4 other closet companies tell me there is nothing they can do with the oddly shaped space. But Janet found a way to cleverly design them and it's so good! Luca was such a professional, kind, efficient installer, he did an awesome job! I would highly reccomend and look forward to another project with the Contaiber Store!

Great experience! Would definitely recommend this location. I did a pick up order for a bunch of containers. Once I got home I realized I was short half of the lids. I called the store and the associate Kate, was so nice and accommodating she immediately shipped out the lids. I just received the lids and in the box was a note and $15 gift card for the inconvenience! I thought this was a really nice gesture and very personal in a world where everything is so impersonal. I love this store and every possibility of organization they inspire here. There's so many ways!
I had an idea for a linen closet but I wasn't sure until I saw actual options, then ideas were flying and my new organized efficiency in just my linen closet has me wanting to come back to do the rest of my house. Slightly pricey, but it brings piece of mind knowing I can find what I'm looking for when I need it, and I think that's worth every visit.
