I sought Bonfrisco's services to update my will by making a few minor changes. He and his staff failed to return calls and emails. Finally I emailed him and suggested we part ways due to their lack of interest. Two days later documents showed up with no supporting information. Emails to his office failed to elicit a response. Horrible experience. Stay away!
