I went there over the weekend just to price some tires and set an appointment for maybe later that week. When I arrived I was greeted by Juan in the tire dept, who was incredibly kind and provided the best customer service. He was very knowledgeable and provided good tips on information that I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing the tires the same day and he was able to work me in and get me out there within an hour. His customer friendly personality made it worth the wait. Sam’s should be honored to have such a nice person working for them.

Shoutout to the amazing workers of Sams Club Tire & Battery for getting my tire installed in the midst of a snow storm just before Christmas just before they were about to close. I appreciate it and I’m able to travel to my loved ones. I called all other places like Dobbs and Telle Tire but they all said no and they were over booked. Thanks again.

Raymond was very kind and professional took exceptional care of my vehicle. The rest of the stay was helpful and friendly as well. I can tell they have had rude customers so just remember a little bit of respect goes a long ways.

I have bought two sets of LT tires for a truck driven off road and all weather all the time and just bought a set for an SUV soon to be picking up for another SUV. I have talked with many of the tire guys who have all been friendly and gotten great service at this location every time I have been there. The tire guys here will answer your questions and help make you pick the tire for your vehicle and driving conditions or ask one of the other guys if they are not familiar with styles or brands. I have been to several other Sam's and i recommend Maplewood for tires hands down. Thanks to all the guys in the shop. I got 97,000 miles out of the first set of LT truck tires and could have gotten 110,000 had a ball joint on the truck not went out causing uneven wear on front tires.

I really enjoy Sam's. However no one ever answers the phone. This is such an inconvenience for customers who have questions i.e. I called to find out if I left my license there. Making unnecessary trips is not cool.

They rarely answer the phone, they can't repair your tire sensor nor do they carry it so if you need it you have to bring one with you 🤷🏿‍♀🙏🏾🙏🏾

This department does not want your business. The main line to the store instructs the caller to push 3 for Tire & Battery. This then connects to the switchboard operator who then reroutes you but will not provide the direct number (because you will think you'll need it later when you realize you cannot stay on the line for 20+ minutes because no one picks up the phone). You won't need this direct line, however, because allow me to save you the hours I have wasted: no one picks up the phone. I thought about driving over, but like others, getting off time from work is difficult -- especially when there's a great likelihood it will be for nought. Instead, I waived my right to the warranty on the tire in question and called Century Tire & Auto Service on S. Kingshighway Blvd. They picked up right away, were jovial and professional, confirmed they could assist me that day, and all was completed to my uber-satisfaction in a timely fashion. Granted, I had to pay (a fair price) to get my tire patched when Sam's should have taken care of it cost-free, but I clearly avoided what would have been a ginormous pain and am now on to more important things. Life is too short to vie for a business to want you to be its customer.

The technicians put my brand new tires on without informing me that my lug bolts were stripped. I would not have put my $420 tires on if I had known the lug bolts were stripped. They didn't even mention the lug bolts on my receipt. If I were to get a flat on 2/4 of my tires I would not be able to replace it because they jury rigged my stuff without even making me aware of the issue! Do yourself a favor and go to a real tire shop.

When I tried to respond to customer service, the store never followed up and corporate closed my ticket because I didn't respond quick enough.

I took my car in to get my leaky tire checked out. I was told that there was a nail in the side wall, and that it would need to be replaced, but that it was still covered under warranty. Great! They said that they would order the tire and let me know when it arrived.

A week later, I had heard nothing, so I called. They said they now had my tire. I went in to the store. It turned out they did not have my tire, nor had they ordered it at all. They ordered it then, and promised it would be in the store the next day by noon. Surprise, when I called, no tire.

A leaky tire has turned into a multi-week event in my life. The employees clearly do not communicate and do not keep accurate records of their stock. Every time I tried to call, the phone rang for 10-20 minutes before I spoke to anyone.

I will never buy tires here again.
