Arielle was great! I missed my appointment by hours... got the time wrong. At her own discretion, she clocked back in and did my son's haircut anyway. I feel she went above and beyond to satisfy a customer.

I walked in today in need of a haircut. Moja patiently listened to me as I explained what i did and didn't want. I desperately needed some reshaping of an existing style. She genuinely took her time listening. I love my cut!!!! I did not have time to stay for a blow-dry. I blow dried when I got home. My hair looks exactly how I visioned.
