I highly recommend this store based solely on my customer experience with Solution Specialist, Connor Free. Connor truly lived up to his job title.

Connor demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable, with an intended helpful spirit and simply kind in nature. I arrived there extremely stressed because my old phone was damaged beyond repair and not even powering on after many attempts to do so. I was out of town, completely desperate to find a solution. The moment i walked into the store and met Connor I could tell he genuinely wanted to find a feasible mutual solution. Once my prior phone was deemed to be not fixable, Connor calmly reassured me "all is going to be just fine." Thank you, Connor you are a one -of- a kind Verizon representative. You represented the Verizon brand extremely well. They are certainly fortunate to have you as a key member of the Verizon team based on my interaction with you as a frazzled customer who left the store because of you with a very calm spirit. Connor, you truly made a difference! You truly proved to be INVALUABLE ASSET to me and as a result I will always remain a loyal, longtime Verizon customer.

Great service! Luis and Jacob were very helpful & knowledgeable about products & upgrade/replacement options, patiently took care of our multiple issues on a busy Saturday.

Excellent service with both Michael and the other sales associate in the store! They made me feel comfortable in picking out a new phone and while we were setting it up. Very nice, professional, and accommodating atmosphere. Only recommendation for the store in general is that more phones are kept in-store so that customers aren't asked to wait days while their new phone gets delivered... When making such a huge purchase it would be nice to be able to get your new phone right away! Thanks guys!

WOW!!! Greatest Verizon I have ever been to. I came in to replace a lost/stolen phone and JEFF helped me so efficiently and was so kind and understanding. He helped me set up a brand new phone so quickly and was not mean or nasty like other verizon stores I have been to. He really did all he could to help me out in my situation and was truly my saving grace. I want to thank him a million times! Thank you Jeff, you run the greatest verizon ever.

Anastasiia went above and beyond during our visit today! I highly recommend going to see her at the Cape May Court House location for quality customer service!

Update: 9/2/19: Store manager Michael Edwards did a fantastic job! Not pushy, but still a great salesman! Very honest and recommended some additional accessories but wasn't pushy or rude if I didn't want them!

This store was amazing!! Qori was very professional and personable. He gave us the best advice and recommendations. The store was properly stocked with everything I needed. Qori set up my new phone within minutes. I was honestly very impressed with how he was able to carry a conversation while doing all the paperwork on his end. I can't even stress enough how seamless the whole process was. I was able to trade an old phone in and walk out very happy and satisfied with my provider Verizon!

I damaged my Apple Watch while vacationing in Cape May and I was looking to purchase a replacement. While they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, store manager, Jeff, was able to track down a replacement watch at another one of their stores, picked it up for me, and helped me with the transaction the following day. Jeff was extremely professional, very helpful, and really went above and beyond my expectations.

Went in to change my phone which turned out to be a complicated process. Michael Edwards was extremely helpful and patient! Returned today with a list of questions and once again he patiently worked through and solved each issue. So thankful!
I highly recommend this Verizon location on Bayshore Rd. and Michael although all employees were very friendly.

Michael helped us today switch over both of our phones. He was helpful and informative and took the time to get us exactly what we wanted. Boost Mobile is a disaster and it was a real process to get our new plan set up. Michael was patient and friendly and made it much easier. 5 stars

Michael Edward's in my own opinion is a great salesman! Not pushy giving the customer want they need. Corey helped me and my husband both purchase new phones and was very professional and friendly. Though the process took a lot of time he made our experience very enjoyable with great conversation and hospitality. Will definitely come back to this store just for those reasons.

Michael was extremely helpful today getting our phones setup. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient and knew how to multi-task and keep a conversation going while setting up my phone. Highly recommend!

I came in to the Verizon store in cape may courthouse New Jersey and did not get any satisfaction. I then drove to the north Cape may location. I met a gentleman name Michael Edwards and he walked me through everything step-by-step with confidence and completed all the transactions that I needed and desired... I highly recommend this location for quality service and professionalism

Fantastic service, did what ever it took to make sure you were satisfied with your purchase. Even helped after store hours if you had an issue. If to go to this store make sure you ask for Lee, knowledge second to none. You would be glad you did!

I live in Manhattan and had an issue with my new phone on the way to the ferry in Cape May en-route to Lewes, MD. After stopping at one Verizon store and contacting Google, both of whom told me they couldn't help me, I arrived at the R Wireless store in Cape May, NJ feeling annoyed and frustrated. Sydney was a great problem solver and fixed the issue for me. She provided great customer service. She told me that she loves what she does and that was very apparent to me. I hope the management at this store recognizes Sydney's talent and gives her a promotion!

Would give 6 stars if possible. My phone was completely useless, so they got my claim in and I had a phone in 24hours. Helpful service and highly professional. Went above and beyond my expectations and I will return for any and all future needs.

I just have to tell you about my experience here! It was great, Samir and Michael were excellent and knew so much and made my experience easy and stress free. I would recommend coming here to all my Verizon friends!
