Today was my second visit to Ruby Nails & Spa & both times I’ve loved my experience. Jessica is very friendly, ambience of the place is so relaxing and it’s an overall feel good factor to be here. Thanks team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

My 2nd visit and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I bring my 3yo son with me and both times every one has been so kind to both of us. My nails look so much better than when I was going somewhere else. Can't wait to come back & see what else they come up with.

Ruby nails is the only place I been were they are friendly give the customer respect wear you can sit and don't worry abt them talking about you The ladies that do your nails are very friendly talk to you like your there next door neighbor and offer you good and water the foot women one person

I received a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax today. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very professional and the salon is extremely well kept and clean. My service was done in a timely manner, but also not rushed. Tee was absolutely amazing and very kind to me, and other customers that was in the shop. I will be returning. This will be my new permanent nail salon. Thanks again Tee! ❤

Our visit was wonderful! I thank you and your staff for fixing my 6yr olds nails she messed up a couple times. Your patience with her was much appreciated. My mother and I love our Mani/Pedi's as well.

Ruby nails is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've gone here for awhile now, but I have an even bigger appreciation for them now. This past weekend I had an appointment with a bridal party AT A DIFFERENT SALON to get our nails done before the wedding. (First mistake on my end lol) I walked in and they sat some of our girls. But then told me they didn't have room for me, they overbooked and just had no one to do me even though we have had an appointment for weeks. When I asked what could be done, the other salon told me they couldn't do anything. I immediately went into a panic because the wedding was the very next day, and considering we had an appointment I had no backup plan. I mentioned the wedding was tomorrow and asked if they had anything for later, they told me no and told me "that stinks, I don't know what to do". After they didn't apologize, or problem solve, I took a step out and called ruby nails and asked if they could take me immediately. They told me they'd take me ASAP, and I left the rest of the bridal party to go to ruby nails. They sat me immediately, and laughed with me over the situation at the other salon. just like that, they fixed my issue and did so happily and willingly. Everytime I walk in the door, they greet me by name, and the owners are ABSOLUTELY some of the nicest nail salon owners I've ever met. Myself and the bridal party all asked for the exact same thing, and between mine being done at Ruby nails and everyone else's being done at the other salon, we all agreed mine were by far the best.

A competing salon overbooked, refused to fix it, and told me "that stinks" when I was upset.

Ruby nails was quick to fix the problem in front of me and turned my whole afternoon around. I will never go anywhere other than ruby nails!!!!!

I cannot express the feeling of this salon, it’s so clean, great staff and friendly. I’m very picky and Jessica was great, she took the time to listen to my concerns with other salons in the area. This is definitely my place

This is my third time coming to this salon and I’m in love!! They never disappoint! Tee has done my nails all three times and I have gotten acrylics! When I’m unsure of what shape or color she gives the best advice and always makes me feel confident. They are super safe with COVID-19 and temperature checks before coming in! Super clean, friendly, and happy environment! I always feel welcome!! I’ll never go to another salon!😍

I have been going to Ruby Nails for three years now and I LOVE their service. They are always so friendly and professional. They all do excellent work and are extremely talented! Natalie always knows what I like and always has suggestions if I am looking for something different. They are like family now! I will never go any other place! 👍

The wait was a little long, but that was okay because it was worth it. The staff kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and they did a beautiful job on my nails. The entire staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back.

I’m very pleased with my visit. For once, I got a pedicure and it was not rushed. Anne took care of me and she made good conversation. The pedicure turned out great but most importantly the customer service was amazing. I will be returning.

I’ve been going to Ruby’s nails for almost two year now and they are by far the sweetest people ever! Salon is SUPER clean! Everyone is always so professional and amazing!!!

Ruby's nails is the best nail salon around. I will drive 45 minutes to go to this salon because it is clean, polite, and they speak English to you. They will have a conversation with you and they understand what you want. If you show them a picture of the nails you want they will make your nails look just like the picture. If you become a regular they with keep your nail file and buffer in a box under your last four digits of your phone number and this is so important because those are things that shouldn't be shared. But if you are looking for a fantastic nail salon check them out... even if there it is a long drive. I promise that they are worth the drive.

I would never do that as this salon is top shelf . The staff are so sweet and kind , they go out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience for all nail customers. The salon is always so clean . Trish and Van are great to everyone . I suggest you give the salon a try, you’ll be happy !! .

Everyone here treats all clients like family. Each tech knows me by name. It is such a pleasure coming here. Trish and Van have an amazing staff with awesome personalities, and talent.
