Lived in Mohawk manor apartments for 12 years and I have not had one good experience while renting with cannons. The ladies in the office will not listen to a thing you have to say. The maintenance guys are not experienced in half of things that have gone wrong while staying there. Our heater has been stuck on for 6 years and they have been out every year and have not fixed the issue same with constant running water and more. The head maintenance guy “Dan” is very arrogant and also will not listen to a word you say. I do not recommend having 2 or more vehicles because they will tow them without checking with anyone. Overall worst place to rent from by far.
