I recently visited my local Walmart to return an item, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided. The agent was not only efficient but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that my return process was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate the high level of service and would confidently recommend this Walmart for anyone needing to make a return.

This Walmart has everything I need, the customer service is excellent and the wait time is very short. Extremely impressed that I can shop and don't have to ring and bag my own stuff.

I visit this location frequently, it is mostly clean and tidy throughout. Although sometimes they're stocking with large store carts, that can be an obstruction but their staff is generally courteous if I want to get something they're blocking. Greeters / security after checkout are always smiling. Great experience 👍. Keep it up!!

Amani was a very skilled cashier, the only one I’ve seen that knew how to enter a voucher without the assistance of a manager. She was very professional and courteous.

Walmart has most of what you need. However, it is difficult to locate what you need. Therefore, the associates are handy.

Gotta love Walmart. They have everything you need, and usually you get to experience something entertaining. Wether it's dress yourself day with people wearing strings for clothing, or a local drive by as you put your cart in the return. Either way Walmart guarantees you will have an exciting experience as you shop for your family.

Best Walmart for fresh food and dairy on pick up orders. They keep things well stocked. ONLY DONE PICK UP SO NOT SURE ON INSIDE.

Customer service at this Eddystone Walmart is top notch for me! I went in tonight searching for the Rainbow High Playset. (WED, 3/16/22) I asked a male employee walking through the toy aisle if he could assist me. We scanned the barcode I have and it showed that there were 3 in stock in the back. I didn't have my hopes up because I've been to almost every Walmart within 20 miles from me and haven't had luck. Lo and behold he and another female employee came out 10 minutes later with it in tow! This is the first time in years that an employee in the toy section, scratch that, a Walmart employee/2 Walmart employees actually looked for it in the back genuinely. I couldn't believe it! I've been so used to other employees in other Walmarts dismissing me when I ask for assistance in locating anything or they just say they don't have it in stock even though their scanner shows they do. And they even loaded it into the car for me! They made my day and I'll be shopping at this Walmart moving forward. Thank you for the amazing customer service- both the employees who assisted me were cordial and helpful. ❤
