Reading the reviews we were hesitant about this load but ended up having a great experience. They prefer you check in no more then 30 min before appt. Guard let us go on in and park and was told to check in at 130pm for 2pm appt. 45 min before appt time they called for us to check in. Once you dock you disconnect from trl and then go back and park across from the check in office. From the time we actually checked in til loaded and out the gate less then 2 hours. No problems and they were very nice.

Came to deliver 4pm for 9am appt. Checked in idk how long will it be but they close at 11pm. Check in office 2nd shift lady She did but didn’t look happy. But it’s k. I’m sorry guys for loading part.

Guard Shak and Ms. Veronica who works on the inside of the building were amazing. Got me all loaded in less than 2hrs!

Good shipping and receiving customer service will accommodate you if you’re out of DOT hours

Fast unload I love it no wasting my time good good,just no overnight parking
