Jays Roofing came to my rescue when some of my siding came off of my house due to the heavy wind & rain storm we had the other night, I called 3 other companies and Jays Roofing answered my phone call and come out the nexts day!! The crew came to my house at 4:30 and job was completed in the dark by 6:00! The work turned out great and the PRICE was absolutely reasonable and on that note they will work with you and give you the best price to get the job done immediately! I will definitely be using Jay’s Roofing with all my future needs. Great Work Again!!

Just had a new roof put on by Jay’s and we could not be more pleased with the result. A tree branch came through our roof after a recent storm. Jay’s worked directly with our insurance company to negotiate a complete new roof when the insurance company originally only wanted to repair the small hole. Jay’s handled all of the inspections and rationale to justify the new roof and we got a much better result for it. Our new roof looks great! The crew was on time, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this business.

We used Jay’s roofing to replace our roof that was damaged from a recent hail storm.I worked with their rep Michael, he was pleasant to work with. Michael picked up all my calls, answered all questions and even gave recommendations to make the best of my roof. The crew started at 7am and the roof was complete by 5pm. They put all the plants, patio furniture back to its original location and there were no debris left behind! I’ve recommended Jay’s to a family member and I would definitely use them again!!

We got hit with that storm 2 weeks ago, I filed a claim and they installed my roof two days after we got approved! My rep was easy to work with, guided me through the insurance process and always available when I had questions.

Severe roof damage from confirmed tornado in my area (Mercer)on 4/1/23. Mike T stopped by on 4/2/23 and covered over 2 damaged areas to prevent further issues. Mike worked w/my insurance company with the damage estimate and within 10 days funds were quickly deposited into my bank. Proposal for the work that needed to be done was very fair. Material ordered, delivered and the work was complete in one day!! Very professional crew - excellent application - super clean up. Storm was a big issue but Jay's made every thing better than new

Jay’s put on a new roof and siding after our home was damaged by the tornado in April. They were extremely professional and meticulous in their work. In addition, they worked directly with our insurance company to make the process as simple as possible.

Where do I begin. I fortunately did not hire this company to work on my home but unfortunately, my neighbor did. This company came out on three occasions to replace a porch roof and put some gutters up for my neighbor. A specific employee arrived in late January and began verbally accosting me when I asked him to not place his tools into my gutter. I had my young son outside and he went as far as telling me I should “show my son how a woman should act.”

I quickly advised the company how their employee was behaving and how unsafe I felt and was assured the employee would not return to the job based on his actions. Well, turns out they also don’t take the general public’s concerns and well being into consideration and this same employee returned to work in my neighbor’s house again yesterday. When I reached out to Bob, presumably the manager, he advised that’s all he had to complete the job. When this employee again placed a gutter incorrectly, I asked him to make sure the gutter was level. At this point, he became enraged. He proceeded to again verbally accost my husband and I and went as far as puffing his chest out and calling me a “retard.” I have video evidence of such behavior..

I reached out to Bob to again advise him of his employer’s behaviors and my texts went unanswered. I then received a call from an unknown number from someone by the name of Jay. Foolishly, I thought the person was calling to remedy the issues as any company would but boy was I wrong. Jay proceeded to threaten me with legal action if I posted what occurred and demanded I would have to pay him if I wanted someone to make sure my neighbor’s gutter was level.. mind you the same gutter they just placed. I guess threats are the company’s policies.

Terrible communication and response. I spoke to a gentleman about an estimate, he said "we'll come and give you an estimate and if the price is right we'll do the work on the spot". Sounded great, i cancelled two appointments I had because I wanted to be there when they arrived. After that call and appointment setup i heard NOTHING! im reasonable so i called back, left message and still NOTHING!! i dont understand how some folks stay in business the way they do business. If they handle things this way, they did me a favor! 🤦🏽‍♂

He put me off for 3-4 months, kept increasing his prices, often told me he was coming and didn't, stopped returning phone calls, and then quit in the middle of the job! He breached our contract and will have to deal with the consequences. Save yourself a headache and find someone else. Notice that 2 of the reviews are from a couple, so he has only 3 other positive reviews.

Overpriced and very obnoxious.. After multiple attempts, I finally received a return phone call... I should have went with someone else considering how the initial contact went .. Work was done in a timely manner, but still overpriced. My own fault for being lazy and just wanting the problem fixed right away.. I suppose the one star rating is primarily due to his arrogance...
