Scott is so much more than 5 stars!! Scott came in with a strong, comprehensive and easy to understand plan. He knew the market and our house sold for well above the original price I thought it would. I would like to say this man went above, above and beyond, but that's truly an understatement. We had moved out of state, we were set to close and the county came in and ripped the rug out from under us. Reinstating inspections that had been put on hold when we purchased the home just 2 yrs earlier. It doesn't stop there. He didn't even break a sweat when the county came back asserting that updates had to be done because the house had never been permitted for a basement. Not only did Scott manage to contact the previous home owner to confirm that the house was built and permitted with the finished basement but lined up all the work for the updates that were required so that we could move forward with the closing. What did I have to do, you might ask? Nothing! Literally nothing. Scott handled the county (which would have sent me over the edge), he handled setting up the additional inspections, and all the repair work. I was in a completely different state!! When I asked if I needed to return he assured me he had it handle and he wasn't lying. We closed just 1 day behind schedule. If we ever return to this area we would definitely use Scott, unless we can convince him to relocate to help us with out next move!

James O'Neill was an exemplary agent to help us find the perfect home. He was always professional in every interaction we had with him from the moment we met him and it always felt like he had our interests as a top priority. Trying to find a realtor is hard but once I found Cynthia Abato I was so happy I did. I definitely have to throw a huge shoutout to Cynthia she was a real trooper dealing with us because I know we were not easy but she stuck with us and helped us in so many ways.
