Chris and his crew were very professional prompt and neat when they did the roof on my business property. I called Chris and he came right out and gave me an estimate that was lower by a crazy amount of money then the other two estimates that I had already gotten which made it possible for me to get the the roof done right away which was also a big help everybody on his crew was very polite and knowledgeable I felt comfortable with every aspect of the job I would highly recommend Chris and armor seal Roofing to everyone. Another sign of a trustworthy business was Chris was not just the owner he also jumps in and works with the guys and didn't leave the job 90% of the time and when he did Marcus and Ed and Bob stepped right up and handled any questions I had as if it was their own business. It's hard to find someone you can trust like that nowadays I'm glad he was referred to me from a friend that used him in the past armor seal is my new roofing contractor without a doubt

Deck installed over flat TPO roof! My wife and I purchased a home with access to the roof which was finished with TPO. The home inspector informed that a deck would be required in order to make it an outdoor living space. Our agent found Chris based on excellent reviews and experience with TPO. Chris inspected the roof and recommended the style and materials that would work best for our situation. We hired Chris and within a couple days he secured the materials and mapped out the logistics of the project. When the project commenced the Armour Seal crew showed up exactly when scheduled and layed out for me what they were going to do and what to expect. The crew was professional, courteous, and punctual. They were respectful to my neighbors and cleaned up construction debris daily. Within 5 days I had a brand new beautiful outdoor living space.

PS, although I was already hiring Armour Seal, I called around to a few other places for due diligence purposes. It would have been such a hassle had I hired any of them for reasons too many to list. Chris is a straight shooter, no BS, and his guys do great work. I’d hire him again without question.

My problem was a leaky roof that caused interior damage. Armor Seal Roofing was recommended by a satisfied customer. On the day of estimate he removed debris and identified the problems. After the deposit they chose the best time to power wash and installation so that materials fully cure properly. Excellent work with attention to detail and a good work crew. I recommend this company to solve your roofing problems.

I've gone with Armourseal twice now for roof replacement. Chris answered the phone at 1am when I had an active roof leak at my rental property, and promptly came out first thing in the morning and did an emergency roof install within days to beat the next storm. I liked them so much I called them when my mom's roof was leaking, and they just completed the job today. Chris is responsive, helpful, and honest. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and sent me pictures throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Chris was great from the moment I reached out to him. He was upfront & honest about what needed to be done. The guys, Ed & Malcolm, who worked on my roof were here early & did a great job. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions & cleaned up after themselves. Chris followed up with me when the work was complete & was nice to talk to with lots of wisdom to offer to a first time homeowner. This is a great local company with a purpose. Chris is very responsive—either picks up phone or calls back within short time frame. Accessible through text as well. Super courteous and clean as they go. Owner and workers know what they are doing and are very polite. Highly recommended. Had flat roof layers completely removed with new put down. Also installed the best looking roof deck on the block! Very happy I called.

Called Chris to get estimate and professional opinion on roof repair/replacement for our small strip center. He quickly stopped and reported back what would be the best option for us at this moment in time. We ended up pulling the trigger and roof work was scheduled. They worked with our current tenants (10 stores) and performed the work without interruption or complaint from businesses. Chris was in constant contact and sent pictures regularly with updated work. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for professional fair roof repair/installation.

Chris and his guys do excellent work. I called chris and told him about a few leaks I had coming from my roof and some siding damage that I had. He came out quickly for a estimate, gave me a fair price I gave him the job and him and his crew got the job done in a timely fashion while keeping the job clean and treating my home like it was there own. Everything looks great and not a single problem I’m very pleased with this company and the work they do. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Chris and his team ripped out our old roof, installed a new one, and repainted some metal roofing that was already there. They also restucco-ed a chimney. From the very beginning (getting an estimate), communication was excellent. Chris was very easy to reach with any questions. He also was very accommodating. During the job, he and his team were professional and courteous - they even offered to help take in groceries! Also, the roof looks fantastic! We found Chris because of his great reviews and now I see why they're so positive. He is a very nice, very amiable guy who cares about the work he does and the people around him. I don't expect any problems to appear from his work but if it does, I'm confident he will come and make it right. I'm really glad we found Chris and we will call him first for an estimate for any work we need in the future.

They did a great job on a siding repair job on my house. (Wind damaged..) they are very knowledgeable and were able to do an awesome job for a very reasonable price. Was experiencing an emergency, no heat due to damaged chimney liner. Called Armour Seal and Chris answered the phone; a plus in my book after getting voicemail after voicemail. Chris was genuinely concerned that we had no heat and was determined to remedy the situation. Despite being out of town and very busy, he called one of his workers Ed, who immediately came out he and another gentleman and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Chris gave me an affordable price verbally and stood by it when it was time to pay. Others would have made up an excuse to get more money.

These guys were awesome! Our roof started leaking and dripping water right onto our bed during a really bad rainstorm. I received estimates from a couple of other roofers and these guys had the fairest price and was able to get the work done the quickest. They had my roof patched up within the week!

We had a loose gutter below the roof. I called Chris at 4 AM, and he answered the phone. He was ready to be there at 7.30 AM to evaluate the problem. We reviewed the issue, and he gave us options. The price was very reasonable. His men were there right on time, were mindful of the property while doing their work, and completed the job satisfactorily. We had a concern about a related issue. Chris's men came back over and fixed the problem for free. We are delighted by their work and will consider Armourseal for future roofing and masonry-related issues, and recommend to others.
