The branch manager Peggy Battaglia and all of her branch officers and staff are incredible! I can always count on Peggy and all the officers and staff to provide exceptionally attentive, considerate, efficient, and effective service to me and my family. It is for this reason I have chosen to bank with this Branch for over two decades. I highly recommend Peggy and her Team to all who wish to bank where their business is appreciated and well cared for.

Wanted to share my experience with Peggy Battaglia at ocean first swedesboro branch. First off this is not my bank and when I walked in I was greeted by Peggy with a warm and inviting attitude. Very professional and friendly. My issue was that I was not a member and needed to cash out a large amount of change. She was very enthusiastic to help and went out of her way. This is the type of customer service that is exceptional and needs to be followed by all businesses. While assisting me she did a fantastic job explain their available accounts in a non pressure way. She actually helped me side by side counting and loading coins. I was extremely pleased with the encounter and felt it was important to let ocean first know what an asset they have.

Lost my debit card, Anthony and his team were extremely helpful and pleasant. Had my old card shut off and new card was made for me on the spot, in and out. With all of the trouble involved in my situation, it was definitely refreshing to have it taken care of so quickly and effortlessly!

Manager, Peggy Battaglia, spent a long time with me to help straighten out a 401k rollover issue. This was very nice as she didnt have to help with what was ultimately my problem (with 401k provider) and nothing to do with Ocean First. She called provider from there to help. Was nice to have personal service especially since she allowed me in lobby during covid times, socially distanced and masked of course.
