Park & Jet Airport Parking

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Park & Jet! I’ve parked there several times, long-term and short term. The shuttles are readily available, whether they’re taking you to the airport or taking you from the airport back to Park & Jet. Everyone there is helpful and friendly and most of all my vehicle has always been safe there. I feel very confident, leaving my vehicle there and knowing that I’ll get to the airport on time.

I use this lot every time I fly out of Philly. I can find Groupons easily for deals. I had one issue this time getting out because I bought two Groupons back to back to use and it created a little bit of a logistical problem entering it. The attendant was very patient and nice and was able to adjust it all to get it done. Drivers are always friendly.

When Andre dropped me off at my car today, he noticed I had a flat tire. He told me he'll be back with his air compressor to fill the tire with air. When his air compressor didn't work, he asked me if I had a spare tire to replace the flat one with. He asked another driver to make sure he put the jack in the correct place so my car wouldn't get damaged. They worked together and put the donut tire on my car and told me to drive less than 60 mph home to stay safe. They both went above and beyond what was expected. They were lifesavers! Janet

We had an early flight. They were quick to address us and friendly. Driver came right to our parked car to pick us up. Very friendly and polite. Easy to remember parking zones numbered and colored. Driver also gave us a card with our parking location written on it to help remember when we return. All around good experience using the park and fly with hotel night package. Pad only $150 to stay in a nice room with balcony and city view on a friday night with 8 days of airport parking in a gated and security monitored parking area. Entire area is outside, no enclosed parking.

Ample spaces with shuttle service every 1/2 hour! Reasonable prices and very good drivers!

Was a single passenger and the process was nice and easy. Booked through their website for a flat rate during December holiday travel. Got picked up right away. Had to wait about 15 minutes when I returned at airport, but I don’t think that’s too bad. Every night shift worker was kind and professional. I recommend if looking for a cheaper option.

We parked here for the first time since the company we used closed down. We were very happy with the service we received. Parked there for 10 days. The driver was right at our car within minutes after we got there. He loaded his van with our luggage and off to the airport. When we returned back to the airport after gathering our luggage we called the company for pickup. They were there in minutes. Again loaded up the van, off to the Parking lot. Even if the other company did reopen I would definitely stay here. Park & Jet Airport Parking is great. Very pleasant. I highly recommend them. The price is also very good!!!!

Love that they do Groupon but they shall only charge you for the price that the Groupon is. It's always a extra little service charge so if you be more than what the coupons says and they need to add-on a little bit more than service. For you don't have to wait 20 to 25 minutes other than that they are great.

Great experience parking and rides to and from PHI. Also want to share that staff here are amazing! I realized lost my car key the day after I flew out. I called the number on the business card they gave me and left a message with where I parked and where I think it fell out of my pocket. Gus returned my call and said he followed the directions from my voicemail, and he found my car key! 6 days later I picked up my key from their gatehouse on my return ride from airport and drove my car home. Hey, this was my fault and they took the time to go take a look around- they didn’t have to but I am very thankful they did- I’ll never park anywhere else!!!!

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly shuttle trip from lot to airport. Our wait for pick-up from baggage claim was longer (15 min) because it was a busy time of day, but when driver did arrive, he took all of us (a crowd) so that no one had to wait for him to come around again. Really appreciated this.

I have used Park & Jet in the past and each time was never disappointed and received excellent service. The facility is easily located less than 5 minutes of the airport. The bus is easy to catch when you walk out of the airport. If too full, they call to send another bus immediately for pickup. The bus drives you to your car and loads it up with your luggage. Very fast and convenient service.

Love this place. I've used Park & Jet many times over the past 8+ years. I've tried others but always return. Friendly service. Accommodating. Fast drivers. Never much of a problem except my GPS always guides me a different way each time. Lol

Have used this parking facility for our last 3 trips. Purchased reduced cost coupons for 7&10 day trips thru Groupon. Service was excellent, dropped off car about 6am and return flights were all between midnight & 1am. The van drivers were all pleasant & helpful. The longest wait we had was about 13-14 minutes.

I had a great experience with them. I called as soon as we picked up our luggage and they met us at the designated spot within 10 minutes. They dropped us off right at our car and made sure our car started up. They even gave us a battery charge since mine was dead. It was more reasonable then an Uber and without inconveniencing a friend for a ride (especially with how unreliable airline flights are these days).

Open 24 hours a day, which was very convenient. The drivers are great and all the employees are very helpful. I will continue to use park and jet when traveling from Philadelphia International Airport.

First time using them and they were great! Dropped off the car and the shuttle was already waiting for us. Called when we landed and waited about 10mins for them to come. Smooth transition both ways. Would use again.

The reviews had me nervous to use this company but my experience was great. They were prompt in dropping us off to the airport and picking us up from the airport. Our wait was less than 10 minutes and as we were getting our bags we saw a shuttle leaving which means they were frequently making trips back and forth. I would use this company again.

Purchased a Groupon. Transportation to and from Philly airport was very good. Waited less than 5 minutes for a pickup when we arrived. Driver took us right to our car and helped with luggage.
