Expresspark - South Philadelphia Airport Parking

This is the fourth time I've used Expresspark and the experience was just as pleasant as my previous three visits:
1.) Fast pickup after parking.
2.) Pleasant and welcoming staff that are more than happy to help.
3.) Pleasant ride to the airport with a drop-off directly in front of the doors at the terminal.
4.) Upon returning, Expresspark arrived at the terminal within minutes and I was back at my car just a few minutes later.

The north lot is actually more convenient for me, but it is closed due to the airport expansion, however, I have no problem driving a little further to the south lot because the customer service and peace of mind is absolutely worth it.

Very satisfied with their customer care. The van was ready to take me to the airport as soon as I exited my vehicle. When I returned fr6my trip, I waited less than 5 minutes for the van to pick me up and bring me directly to my vehicle. Van's were very clean and the drivers were exceptional in their courtesy and helpfulness.

Great experience with Expresspark! Booked the same day I was flying out with a competitive price, and the shuttle service was quick and friendly on both legs of the trip. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted so there were no surprises. The lot was easy to get to off of I-95 coming up from Maryland/Delaware. Will definitely use again when flying out of PHL.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was nervous about parking my vehicle anywhere for this trip. But i did my research and chose express Park. SO happy I did. Reservations were easy and wegmans I arrived at 330am, a kind attendant was there to check us in and the driver met us at my vehicle before I was even out of my vehicle! When I returned from the trip and called they were there to pick us up within 5 min! Both times the drivers loaded our bags into the van. The driver bringing us back dropped is at our vehicle and unloaded our bags. The lot is well lit and I did feel like my vehicle was safe and I felt I was safe as well. If I have drive to the airport again I absolutely will use express park again and going forward.

Great experience, as always. We have used Expresspark South dozens of times over 15 years, whenever we fly out of PHL. Our vehicles have always been well protected and the shuttle service is prompt, careful and efficient. Don't hesitate to use them!

I love this lot. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was ice and snow on the car and Tim went above and beyond and cleaned it off even though nobody asked him to do that. Every experience with this lot has been incredible and the shuttles to/from the airport are so quick. There always seems to be someone around when you need them. Highly recommend this place. Prices are really reasonable also.

Expresspark is reasonably priced and efficient! Drivers are courteous and friendly. Short drive to the airport and quick pick up when called. I would definitely use them again!

Just had another trip. To repeat my last review (nothing's changed based on this trip):
Always friendly and helpful attendants, never really need to wait for a van; quick drop off and transport to airport. Easy pickup. Also great if you don't like driving into the craziness of the airport.

Always a pleasant experience when using this service. Bright, secure parking and friendly staff. They have all new vans and have expanded the lot so they can accommodate more travelers.

The process is always so simple. The online reservation system works great. Not sure why I am just starting to use it.
I am finding that I don't have to wait as long at the airport for a pickup or on the lot waiting for more people to take to the airport.
The drivers continue to make the difference overall. Very professional and courteous.
Recently I had a trip with Edmond or Edwin, not sure of the name, but he was exceptional.

The drivers were fantastic. Very nice. The van is right there to get you when you park the car to go to the airport, and we waited less than a minute to be picked up after we arrived outside the terminal on our return trip.

We have been parking at Express Park several times a year for 13+ years now. They are consistently polite, courteous, and timely. Their system has worked the same year after year and has never failed. For our most recent trip, we returned to a snow covered car and our driver Edwin cleared the snow off our car and made sure our entire family got into our car safely without slipping on the ice and snow. Express Park is one of few services we deal with who has maintained great service after all these years, even after the service industry has taken such a decline.

Nice people driving the vans and very courteous assistance. I have been a faithful customer and have no reason to make a change. I'm glad to be reminded of the importance of supporting good people who believe useful in work instead of welfare.

impressed with the pleasantness of parking at this lot, they are organized from the moment you pull in, setting up a clear lane for you to pull into and park. The Van driver pulls right up to your car to greet you, going to the airport we had Edwin, he was friendly and informative. Van was clean and got right to airport with no delay. Coming home, we were picked up by Tony. Again friendly and pleasant. Took us right to the car. will park here again and recomend to others.

Fast efficient friendly safe. From the gate agent to the drivers drop off and pick up was very organized especially after a day of travel when you just want to get home. Job well done by all.

10/10! Exceptional service! No issues at all, from parking to drop off and pick up. Staff are pleasant, professional and efficient. Shuttles are clean and comfortable and lot was easy to find and access. Highly recommend and will definitely be parking here again if flying out of PHL.

I have parked there several times and it’s great. The shuttle bus is right there like Johnny on the spot to take you to the airport. Great service!! Last week when I returned from my trip, they shuttle driver helped me get the snow off of my car. I really appreciate what he did. I didn’t think to put my snow scraper in my car and he was there for me. Thank you so much again.

We had a great experience at Express Park. Staff was very friendly and the vans are clean. Our driver,Tony, was awesome. He was very polite and informative. We’ve never had anyone ask us to put on our seat belts and inform us why. This will be my “go to lot” when traveling from the airport.

Staff always courteous and efficient. During our vacation, my husband had emergency gallbladder surgery. Our return driver, Angel, was very attentive to him assisting him in and out of the van and with helping me with loading our luggage in our truck. Special thank you to Barbara Dugan. We will be back.
