This counceling facility is incredible! Not only is the front office very polite, friends and competent, but the counselors and doctors are even more amazing! In the beginning several years back I started seeing Emily who I became very close to and built a trusting relationship with. I have grown so much because a of the counceling with her. That is saying alot for Me! I tried to find a councelor I could connect with for years! It was extremely hard for Me! But then Emily had to move to another state. I was hit hard by this but before she left she put a great deal of thought about who would be the best fit for me when she left and she picked Anne W. She felt we would be the most compatible and that she would be able to meet my needs the best because of her background in trama and anxiety based Issues! Let me tell You! Anne is the best thing that has ever happened to me next to my children and Jesus! She is Outstanding! FYI, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! But I had to for this Place! I even love my psyc Doctor Meagon, she knows her stuff! I trust her. They have helped me work through so much! I still have a long way to go but I now have hope, I resources and the proper tools with guidance to move Forward! Thank you Western Psychology staff!

I am working with a therapist, Jacob Hunt. He is really helping me sort things out in my life and move forward. I love the text and email reminders to confirm my appointments.

Been here for over 2 years now. Finally found someone that matches with me. Front desk lady, Bernadette (? not sure about name) is super nice also and I love going up to her if u can every time.

Dr. Oneal at the stark street office is compassionate, caring and is very knowledgeable in her field...Desk staff is always courteous and helpful
