P.F. Chang's

Stanley is the man! I ordered food Friday night off their website, 5 meals with a few additional sides, everything came in the order but one $4 soup. I called to see if I could pick it up later, after speaking to 3 people, I was forwarded to Stanley. He was apologetic, friendly and super accommodating and when I went the next day he gave me a bowl instead of a cup. When I offered a tip for the speedy service and additional soup, he refused to take in. Stanley is a great manager! He handled the situation with kindness and although he didn’t take the money, I’m hoping this review goes a long way.

Decided to visit P.F. Changs for the first time on this beautiful Saturday night. From the second that I walk-in, the host was extremely respectful, very kind and despite it being busy, we got seated quickly. I had a Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Mongolian Beef and 2x Rising Dragon... 10/10. I took a Chang's Apple Crunch to-go and that also was a 10/10. I must note that they put the ice cream in a bag of ice so it doesn't melt, now that's being considerate. I was very impressed with the food/drinks, service and atmosphere. I also want to thank my server, Gabby for her 5-star hospitality. Not only did she have a smile that lit up the room, but her energy and attention to detail was incredible. Will be back sooner than later.

We had a fantastic lunch experience today! Our Server, Ty was attentive and personable. He helped us order everything we were looking for and even recommended our new favorite cocktail. Our lunch, which consisted of fried pork dumpling and the Mongolian Trio was flavorful and hot! Which I say to mean, from "order to table", didn’t take long. We’re looking forward, to going back!

I usually order take out from P.F. Chang's normally, but after a very long time, we decided to dine-in. I have no words. Take out has always been okay, but dine-in was phenomenal. 5/5 for sure.
Food: The food was simply great. We ordered the Tempura Calamari and Crispy Green Beans. I'm not a fan of beans, but I LOVED it! Then, for the main course, we ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken with Brown Rice, Signature Lo Mein and Chicken Fried Rice. I went for dinner with my parents so all of us shared with each other and had a great time. (5/5)
Service: Our waitress was a really friendly girl. She made sure to make us feel comfortable throughout dinner. (5/5 for her hard work!)
Atmosphere: LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! I have nothing else to say. The lighting was perfect and there was enough space on the tables. I often struggle with lighting and space at a lot of restaurants, but I was so happy with P.F. Chang's! (5/5)

Always great food and atmosphere here. My favorite restaurant, period.

Ty was our server at the bar. He was a breath of fresh air in this age of bad service. He was attentive but didn’t rush us. Awesome disposition and personality. PF Chang please take note of that. Service is so important and Ty made our experience. Thank you Ty!

Our waiter, Christian, was so attentive and polite. I inquired about using my birthday rewards, and he made sure to remind me, so I could get my free dessert. We went during lunch, so you can’t go wrong with the $13 lunch and $2 add ons. The staff was very pleasant and made my dining experience enjoyable!

Our waitress Gabby was phenomenal! Super attentive and pleasant to have serve us. The manager Moe was also very sweet. My 3y old daughter loves fortune cookies and she was so happy when Moe and Gabby brought her extra . Thank you guys !

Great experience and a great server! Ty was very friendly, always had a smile and had just the right recommendation for what would satisfy us! If you recommend a server, please recommend him.. You will not be disappointed!

Our bartender/waiter was the best. He was attentive, had the best recommendations, was personable, professional and not bad to look at with cool arm tattoos.

Dined here for lunch and the food and experience was great. Everything tasted fresh, large portions (from the lunch special menu) and excellent service.
Mimi was our server. She was very attentive, courteous and just a great server all around.

I took my mother and grandparents to lunch here today, and we were so pleased with everything. I normally go to the West New York location since it’s close to home, but from here on I think this will be the new spot.

The food was fantastic, and our server, Ty was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I will absolutely be back thanks to the great experience we had.

First visit since covid started, on a Monday we walked in and noticed the place was pretty empty, the hostess admitted that they are unfortunately short staffed and will seat us as soon as possible, we decided to sit at the bar and were quickly met with the disappointing news that they don’t have happy hour anymore, but the bartender was nice enough for this to not be an issue.
Once we sat down the waiter was apologetic about the wait and was very energetic that made the experience nice and fun.
Sushi for appetizers, a mix of noodle and chicken dishes for the entrée, couldn’t have asked for a better showing from kitchen and staff. Hang in there PF, you’re doing fine.

Cannot say enough about the food and the service. The Mongolian beef trio (I believe that was the name of it) absolutely slaps and the portion is very filling.

Service wise, Mimi went above and beyond to make a Friday night dining experience a memorable one.

What a great restaurant. The food was outstanding-hot and sour soup was exceptional, I had the Kung Pao shrimp and the portion was enormous, It was large enough to share since there were at least 2 dozen shrimp. My son had Chang's Spicy chicken and it was one if the best chicken dishes I have ever tasted, Our server Christian was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us in making some great decisions.
Would definitely go back.

Today was my birthday celebration at PF Chang in Hackensack, NJ location. The server Guido was very nice and attentive. I really liked the experience and would recommend for anyone to visit. The menu has a lot of varieties and vegetarian options. I will def go there again!

We were up visiting from GA. We had a 4 year old and 14 mo old with us, along with 4 adults. We were well taken care of, the kids were immediately given crayons to occupy them, and our orders were promptly taken. The staff was wonderful, food excellent, and the restaurant was kept clean (sorry about the baby, she's a walking food explosion - we try to pick up after her). We will definitely be back!

Best Service ever! Drinks were amazing ! Thanks to the bartender/waiter Ty! He’s the definition of a mixologist. Perfection at his craft. Food was also amazing! 5 stars!

My bartender/server Guido was outstanding.
He was very attentive and provided the best recommendations. My meal and dining experience was truly amazing. I plan to return very soon. Thank you Guido!
