I just want to share how amazing the team over the printer/scan section is! Despite the machines not working @ times they are always helping and doing what they can with what they have. Customers are not always right and they can be a pain in the rear. Thank you staples and your amazing team.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was such a positive experience. He also reminded us of the price matching which then made us make the purchase.

I called the Hackensack store close to closing time as I had an emergency - needed a Drum .for my printer. The Tech Associate realized my emergency and brought up my intended purchase to her desk ready for me to purchase even though I did not tell her that I was going to definitely stop by. The Tech Associate was an angel in disguise. I was able to make my purchase and exit before the store closed. I was in and out so quick. Great Service!!!

Really my favorite store. I get a ton printed here and I find it to have the best selection. Always great employees… Kim is the absolute sweetest and always so helpful. Printing here ends up costing me less then buying cartridges lol. I get all my kids school supplies here and they’re super generous with donations for my kids’ school. Really appreciate this staples 🥰

The TSA lady was so nice and I appreciate her being there I called like 4 times and she helped me and I came in and she handled everything and remembered me thank you

The assistant manager Kim was nothing more than astounding. I was bemused by my computer issue and I’n the past had very unnerving experiences at this location with other techs. Hands down stellar customer support from her. 😁

I’m glad they are putting better people at this location.

I don't usually write reviews, but I came to this staples the other day to pick out a chair and received the best customer service, specifically from Sally. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, it made my shopping experience so much more pleasant. She was super friendly and we had such a good conversation. Now I have a great chair to use at my home office. I'll be coming back here a lot more because of her!!

My new favorite office supply store... I had 5 employees pleasantly ask me if they could help me today, actually! One associate, Peter, was so helpful that he went on line, ordered up what I needed and added my coupon and free delivery, right while we were in an aisle realizing the item I wanted was a bit unusual, but available online. It was all around a stellar experience, from start to finish. Thank you, Staples!

When I was at the store Aldo and Peter were very helpful in getting for me the right cartridge for our printer.

Fantastic customer service by all the employees. Nikki especially! She was working in the printing department and helped me through the whole process. She was very attentive and was able to work on my order almost immediately. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Shortly after we were done, there was a line and she kept her cool and helped everyone out with such ease. Kudos to her!

I just had an computer serviced at the Hackensack location. I received excellent service from Daryn and Frank. This is my 3rd year with dealing with Daryn and each year he goes above and beyond to assist me with my computer needs. He is very honest and informative and keeps me posted throughout the entire process. In addition Daryn keeps me updated of any new promotions in Staples. Definitely a stellar experience from start to finish. Thank you Daryn and Frank.

I count on Staples for product availability ... when I need an item that afternoon most times I can drive to any of the 5 Staples within a 10 mile radius and find what i need

My APC BackupUPS died Sunday morning, so I went to Staples to get a new one, which they had a selection in stock, and it was set up today so I'm back in business. Still shocked that Fort Lee and Edgewater locations both closed but this location is fine for me.

This store is amazing!!! All employees are ready and waiting to help you with all your needs. The print shop is filled with highly experienced employees who help with all your printing and shipping needs. Daevonna the print shop manager and Michelle an employee in the print/ship department were so helpful. I highly recommend this Staples location for all your needs
