I have to give credit to Franklin and their fraud detection. Admittedly, sometimes it seems like overkill when my card gets shut down and I have to call, but they caught someone who was trying to charge $$$$ on my debit card and saved me a lot of hassle and money. I’m thankful for the diligence!

Walked in the bank Saturday morning to get some change for a community event and was denied for a simple exchange of lower bills, because I do not have an account. Ridiculous, crazy thing is before walking in I thought to myself, maybe I should open an account since I live so close, but after being denied for something so simple. I felt the answer was going to be no anyways! Lost a future customer and possibly others over a simple act.

Liberal Democrat ideology, wouldn't recommend this place at all. Had to stand in the drive through. My hands were numb its so cold out. The employee stood there with their arms crossed. This is the way you treat customers? Absolutely awful, just inconsiderate.
