Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice view from living room area. Plenty of space! Deluxe room 2 bedrooms and roll out beds in case you need more.

We booked a last minute stay over Labor Day weekend and had the best time!!! Our room was on the first floor and was beautiful. Everything is super clean, there's air purifiers, dehumidifiers, & Mini split AC systems in each room. Bikes are available to use, as well as a beach wagon. You can use a beach pass they provide. This is an easy walk over to the beach!! We loved the proximity.

The coffee shop / snack store was a bonus for us. Loved being able to walk out our door for fresh coffee & smoothies & other small breakfast snack items.

This place is truly a gem, and we would love to come back and recommend others for a stay!!

Took advantage of the beachfront location to walk to dinner, check out athe boardwalk, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Point Pleasant. The coffe Shop, 5 Ocean, is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

I really enjoyed staying here. We had a great room and it was right by the inlet so you could walk outside and watch the boats come and go. Also, anywhere you can walk out of your room and into their own coffee house is a plus for me. Christina in the coffee house attached to the front was a great host. We enjoyed out time there.

We had a great stay here. There was 1 on-site parking spot available, the rooms were clean and modernized (not the typical motel furniture and accessories), and it is located next to the beach and several great restaurants.

The staff was very nice and was responsive via text (my partner was arriving earlier than me). The check in was very easy. The rooms also had dimmable lights and a mid-sized refrigerator.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was renovated in 2020 and had a very boutique feel, which is clean, modern & cute. My sister handled check in, but she said the owner was very nice & friendly. The hotel walking distance to this boardwalk (Jenks Inlet side) and local restaurants like The Shrimp Box & Shipwreck Point. There’s a cafe upfront that serves coffee, cold brew, tea, muffins, and bagels. They also sell sunscreen & Point Pleasant apparel. I would definitely go back for another night or two (I’d love to check out the Penthouse room). The room was clean and the beds were comfy, plus the shower had perfect water pressure. There’s a mini fridge with plenty of room and snacks & drinks for purchase inside. The only issue - and it’s really not a huge one - is the ramp for the wheelchair accessible room (room 7) is not fully secured to the ground outside, so you hear it slam down every time someone steps on it. Not a major issues but the kids using that room didn’t step down lightly, so, we heard it all day & night. But that’s not a dealbreaker, as we loved our stay. Oh, it’s dog friendly too! So, I’d probably bring my dog next time. We saw done cute pups while we were there.

A beautiful recently renovated hotel. I’m personally tired of all these old fashioned outdated hotels on the Jersey Shore. We are so glad we found this spot. It’s positioned right next to the Manasquan inlet and it’s one block walk from the beach. There are benches and picnic tables right across the street. A great apot to bring your breakfast and watch the boats ride out as the sun rises. We stayed in room 3. It was a good size room for my wife and I but too small of a bed. We had a queen but would prefer a king. The shower is nice and big and allows for you to walk in and wash off the sand from the beach. Would be better if there was a water spout outside to wash off because you have to walk through the room to get to the shower. It has a stocked mini fridge with drinks and a basket if snacks that are charged to your room if you eat them. There is a 7-eleven just down the road so don’t waste your money on those. theee was only one night stand on one side of the bed. Obviously because the mini fridge opens next to the other side. Would still be nice to have a small moveable table to put your phone and a bottle of water. Overall beautiful spot, highly priced but I felt it was worth it. We checked in late but they left our door open for us to enter at any time we arrived. There is a parking pass you have waiting in your room to put in your car after you arrive. The keys are traditional metal keys, you get two. Let me know if you thought my review was helpful and if you need me to answer any questions.

1. The staff was SO Accommodating! I had so many last min changes, and they really helped me stay calm! That in itself speaks volumes.

The owners and employees are amazing. We stayed the night before a wedding and the grooms car wouldn’t start.

They invited us in to sit down at the coffee shop and took care of us amazingly.

It was a great place to stay with even greater people!

The rooms were so clean and perfectly sized. It's in a great location . Walking distance to the board walk. Very quiet area!! Nice seating area outside. Owner was amazing and very friendly!! Will definitly be coming back.

This was such a cozy clean little place. Love that it was directly across the street from one of the access points to get onto the boardwalk. The staff were very accommodating. Also enjoyed the little seating area out front of the room. I'm planning to return here next year

Had the biggest room #9 it had 3 bedrooms kitchen very big living space 2 and 1/2 baths checking the girl was very helpful. Very good spot I will comeback and recommend others

Great place, used a groupon deal that included a bottle of wine, the owner went out of the way to get it for us and it was a big bottle! Room was really clean and we'll stocked, was really pleased and would stay again.

Rented for New Year's Eve and was perfect. Nice rooms. Good location. Close to Jenkenson's Pier.

The only place I'll stay in Point Pleasant, NJ. Outstanding, friendly service. Quaint rooms, efficiencies, 1 suite. Great walking location. Can't say enough.
