Pine Park

If you find life dull, look around.
Spent the afternoon walko.g around the park in the snow. Renarkable how the views change when covered.

Drove through the park first and decided to loop around and spend some time. It was a Saturday morning and the park was fairly empty except for the tennis courts at the entrance. There are 2 areas for tennis I spotted a total of 4 playgrounds varying in sizes. It did look like 2 were definitely closed for repair while I was there. Not much for open fields to run around here but there are baseball fields. There are picnic areas located throughout the park included with grills and shelter. The museum has limited hrs so check before you go. The one trail I could find was very short but well maintained. I did not see any building for bathrooms. I spent about 2 hrs in the park.

A great park for the kids. Bathrooms are a sore point. Portable potties w/ no tissues.

The Lion's Club has a Ren Faire there every September

New playground is amazing. Kids loved the zip line, new climbing structure and swings. Highly recommended. Also a beautiful walking area and pick nick area are very convenient

Traditional park benches are not the most comfortable but the park is relatively new with lovely wood chips covering the ground, with a zip line and wonderful slides great for kids, plenty of both shade and Sunny spots to sit. Filled with frum without the fashion shows.

Many beautiful new large playgrounds in several sections. Picnic area was very noisy with loud music.

Beautiful park to walk through. Love the stream and bridge. They have alot of blacktop paths, which are hard on my feet but great in the rain. I love the smell of the large pine trees. You have to be a Lakewood resident. Wish they had more pebble pathways

Really cool place for kids. They have a nice few different playgrounds in separate areas.

So big of a area there, with such beauty. I believe they can do a lot of great things with that land! They do have a few events throughout the year... But I just feel like there could be so much more! But definitely five star for the Beauty!

Very nice calm settle time with my wife and our dog Kenzie. If you go around 8pm you can possibly spot deer in the baseball field. As with my wife and I throwing the ball for our dog Kenzie

Great park! Very well kept up. Clean facilities with plenty of bathroom options and garbages all over. This park has different sections and is a lot of fun for a quick playground break or a full day of outdoor activities.

Really nice place for kids to run around, play in the kiddie park, and a great place for picnic/supper, water to wash up, and nice pavilion area for eating and keeping you dry when raining!!

Love this park been coming here my whole life

I have been going here since I was a kid it's a great park with a variety of settings for different purposes. You can run. Skate. Bike work out Grill all in one place and it's set back so far you wouldnt think it was there. It's a perfect little hidden treasure for the outdoor chiller or active person. Kid friendly too. Pets I'm sure are ok just on lead or well trained. I've never run Into the issues of over crowding there also. I think this is one of the better parks of Ocean County. The best part is Maggie's (local bar) at the entrence/exit to get to the park so u can enjoy a cool one 🤷‍♀ for those that like nature and a buzz🙃🤣. There is also a golf rang before u head to the park as well for thoes who like to golf. It's a nice 3 way set up park, golf, bar.

We have come here every year for the Lakewood Lions Renaissance Faire. It's a great place for the family and the kids have plenty to do. Definitely recommend to come out for a fun weekend.

This park smells like pine! It's very peaceful and never seems overly crowded. Nice place to picnic and best place to walk!
